As far as I understood about the fineprint with the current contest, there is no definite categories of art that you can submit unlike from the previous contest as long as you incorporate Roobet's Logo or Mr. Roo itself in your art piece -- that's fine.

I was wondering If I am allowed to re-enter my past artwork last August 2020, since it perfectly fits the theme for this month's art contest.

Traditional X Digital Art King ROO presents

The ThROOne

This is literally a combination of traditional drawing and enhance through digital drawing using Autodesk app.
I made 26 layers to put all the glowing colors and background tracing to perfectly fit to the drawing.

Art materials:
(Traditional)
Velum board
Faber Castell Classic Colors
Graphite pencil H,2b,5b
Gelly pen (white, black)
Erasers
(Digital)
Autodesk app
26 layers
Duration : approx 76hrs (mostly on Sundays)

This is King Roo sitting on his throne waiting for someone to take a share of his wealth as Roobet always have a King Roo event.
Here's the process:

I started with a bad taste of colors lol









Just wanna share the close up detail on the shoe  




I decided to change the rake with the Roobet logo with stand furniture.



and finally, here's the Final Output edited at Autodesk App to make everything glow and added some images (Bitcoin and Eth designs) from google to the art. Added some cool dark background as well

For me spotlight is more or so like cameras and stuff focused on you. But if you already are one then I do think it would look more or less like this.

I wanted to make some abstract art and keep it simple. Also I wanted to use the base as a real kangaroo 🦘. Added a little roobet logo additionally near the left .
I mainly used gouache here.

The idea of tail came to me when I saw a picture of a baby kangaroo. Needless to say his little coming like an armadillo was too cute.
I for sure need to show you guys my inspiration.

That means it will run till forum time 24:00 or 11:59 pm on the same date. Try and submit before that.

Roughly there's still 34 hours remaining until the submission but as far as I can remember usually Hhampuz tend to forgot the thread to lock on the specific end date but that was just from the last contest and it may change as always and he may be on time. You can still have that 34 hours as your timeframe then, that still lot I guess just don't do the cramming and focus on what you want to make. Good luck.
