Hi all,
I have a Lamassu Bitcoin machine to offer to you. I ordered the machine and it’s now shortly before shipping in early April, currently located at Lamassu’s production site in Portugal.
Sadly, I will not be able to use the Bitcoin machine in the intended way and it’s not possible for me to cancel my purchase at this point of time. Nevertheless, I have the possibility to resell the Bitcoin machine, according to Lamassu, so the Bitcoin machine can be sent directly to the new buyer, when it’s ready for shipping. Shipping costs to my location in Germany are about 660 USD, if operated by Lamassu. This price may vary depending on your location and you will have to ask from Lamassu, which other options there might be.
If you are interested in purchasing the Bitcoin machine from me, send me a PM and I we can discuss further procedures. The deal will be closed via Email with support from a customer services manager of Lamassu. After monitoring your Bitcoin payment to me, he will confirm the transfer of the ownership of one Bitcoin machine from me to you and he will further proceed with you the shipping of the Bitcoin machine.
The price of Bitcoin machine is 8.665 BTC.
Cheers simio

Hi roslinpl,
as described above, I currently don't hold the ATM physically, since it's still in production by Lamassu in Portugal. Buy buying from me, you acquire my place in line of the customers that are waiting for shipping of their ATM machine. You would have the advantage to roughly wait two weeks for the ATM instead of two months, if you order directly from Lamassu.
For the transaction, we will get support from a customer service manager of Lamassu.
Any other questions?

Congrats to all the people that would consider themselves early adopters! Bitcoin will affect the lives of a lot of people once the cities are full of ATMs in 2015, I guess.

The design of the transaction process I offer would look like the following:
1) The buyer (you) and the seller (me) both share their public keys with the Lamassu employee, who physically holds the Bitcoin machine at the moment.
2) Before the transaction taking place, I confirm that once I have received your full payment on my published public key, the buyer will be the legitimate owner of the Bitcoin machine.
3) The Bitcoin payment takes place and the Lamassu employee confirms that the payment has taken place.
4) Once the payment has been sent, I have no more possibilty to intervene, since the Lamassu employee knows the procedure and sees the buyer as the new legitimate owner of the Bitcoin machine.
5) The Lamassu employee organizes the shipping of the Bitcoin machine with the new legitimate owner of the Bitcoin machine.
The Lamassu employee acts as a kind of 'physical escrow' and you wouldn't have to trust me in this process, since there is no possibility for me to run off with your money and the ownership of Bitcoin machine.
I hope that I explained the process well enough. Due to the explanation of the process, I currently see no value in adding a Bitcoin escrow to the transaction. However, if you want to explain to me how it would work, just contact me per PM.
If anyone interested in buying the Bitcoin machine has questions concerning the transaction process I outlined above, just ask!

Call me paranoid, but how do you proof the "Lamassu employee" to be a real Lamassu employee and not just your scam partner?

Legitimate question.
I just sent you the contact information of the Lamassu Customer Service Manager via PM.
If anyone is interested in purchasing the ATM from me, just send me a PM and I'll also give you the contact info.
Once you are convinced that the guy is who he pretends to be, you can contact me again for the deal.

Sorry, just looked up the meaning of 'pretend' and I got it wrong somehow. - I'm not a native English speaker. I meant, once you are convinced that the guy is actually from Lamassu and trustworthy, you can contact me again for the deal.

Ok, so this is the strongest proof I have to offer that I actually ordered the Bitcoin machine I want to sell here and I'm the legitimate owner of it. You can even see my pre-order number. However, it is not possible to look up the pre-order number on the website lamassu.is, I'm afraid. Pre-Order image: http://www.directupload.net/file/d/3573/n7lshwjy_jpg.htmThis is the second mail, where they asked me to give further information for the shipping process. Shipping image: http://www.directupload.net/file/d/3573/nal842tr_jpg.htmI make the following offer to anyone interested in buying the Bitcoin machine from me now: Contact Neal Conner, Customer Service Manager at Lamassu, via Email ( neal.conner@lamassu.is) and tell him, that you want to buy one Bitcoin machine from the guy with the pre-order number #52dc7cceca4d0. He will explain to you the procedures with him monitoring the transaction between both parties and can answer your questions concerning shipping. First come, first serve.

The contact I need to discuss the location I have in mind for this is out of town on vacation. Can you place a contingent reservation on this for me for a deposit?

I'm sorry, but that's not possible, since shipping will take place in early April and I don't want the risk of reserving it for you and then I might have to look for another customer again - takes too much time.
