wat has happen to my BCH cash funds ?
Search for your address on Blockchair: does it show any funds on BCH?

You already have a topic in Altcoin Discussion, which is where this belongs. There's no need to open another topic.

Can you see the same address in your Electrum wallet? If so, you should be able to recover the BCH Forkcoins.

This usually means you did not export the private key from you BTC wallet and imported it into your BCH wallet like you said in your first post...
If you import the address instead of the private key, you create a watch-only wallet.

Without further information, this is the most likely scenario

is that a problem ?

The problem is that BCH was designed to confuse people.  It uses the same address system as Bitcoin, but it uses a different blockchain.  So, when you sent from Coinmama, you sent to a BCH address on the BCH blockchain, but your Electrum wallet is looking on the Bitcoin blockchain (not the BCH blockchain) so it can't see it.

Imagine that I live at 123 Main Street in Springfield, Illinois in the USA.
Imagine that someone else lives at 123 Main Street in Springfield, Maine in the USA

Notice that the addresses look the same, but they are in two different states.

Now, imagine that you ask John to send me a letter.
John and you are both in Maine, and John asks you for my address.  You tell him: 123 Main Street, Springfield.
John doesn't realize that I'm in Illinois, so he sends a letter to 123 Main Street, Springfield in MAINE!

Now you ask me if I have the letter. I say No.  You ask John what happened, John says that he sent the letter to the address you provided and that he doesn't have it anymore.  Who has it?

In that example:
I am Electrum.  I provided you with an address in Illinois (Electrum gave you an address in Bitcoin).
John is Coinmama. You provided my address to John (You provided the BTC address to Coinmama).
Maine is the BCH blockchain. John sent to Maine (Coinmama sent to the BCH blockchain).
I can't find the letter (Electrum can't find what Coinmama sent).
John says it was sent (Coinmama says it was sent).

So, what you need to do is to go knock on the door at 123 Main Street in Springfield, MAINE and ask for the letter.

In this case, you need a BCH wallet that is capable of using the Bitcoin private keys (or seed phrase) from your Electrum wallet, but looking on the BCH blockchain.  By using the
Bitcoin private keys (or seed phrase) it will be looking for the correct address, and by looking on the BCH blockchain it will find the BTC associated with that address.

Unfortunately I don't use BCH at all (as far as I'm concerned, it's a worthless altcoin), so I can't explain how to use bitcoin private keys in a BCH wallet (or which wallet to use to do so).  Hopefully someone else will come along shortly and explain that process.  However, hopefully my explanation will give you some understanding about what happened and some peace of mind that your BCH coins are still secure on the BCH blockchain just sitting there waiting for you to come collect them with the appropriate wallet software and private keys.

It sounds like you have imported only the address (which only lets you view the coins), as opposed to importing the private key (which will let you spend the coins).

Using Electrum, open up your BTC wallet with the address you accidentally sent your BCH to. Go to the "Addresses" tab, and right click on the address you sent the BCH to. Click on "Private key", enter your password if you have one, and copy the private key which is displayed. Open Electrum Cash, create a new wallet, and import that private key. You should see the same address, but this time with your BCH balance which will be spendable.

It's possible that you're importing the private as the wrong "script type"... Does the BTC address that you used from Electrum start with a "1", a "3" or "bc1"? Huh

After you import the private key to Electron Cash, what does the address start with? Huh

Hi HCP, i really do not mean what you are asking, sorry, i am a newbe to this, it is all like Russian language to me, please ask the question more clearly, thanks for all you help though.

I asked Coinmama to transfer to Legacy address format and it started with 33TQ, why ? - it was not cash address format, like it should have been right ?

Is your Electrum wallet multisig, 2fa or any type other than standard Legacy and SegWit?

I asked Coinmama to transfer to Legacy address format and it started with 33TQ, why ? - it was not cash address format, like it should have been right ?
If it's 2fa (since it's the reasonable way for a newbie to create a '3' address wallet), you may have to do some slightly complicated steps to restore it to Electron Cash.

Follow these exact steps (It's advisable to do these offline in a secured machine):
  • In your Electrum wallet, use "File->New/Restore" and a new wallet window will open.
  • Enter a wallet name and click next, select the options "Wallet with two-factor authentication->->I already have a seed->", then paste your 12-word seed phrase.
  • After clicking "Next", select "disable" and don't set a password so it can be opened with a text editor, and finish the wallet creation.
  • Now, go to Electrum's data directory (location) open wallets folder.
  • Find the newly created wallet with disabled 2fa and open it with a text editor.
  • In that text file, find (Ctrl+F): "x1/", there should be a "xprv" under it, copy it to a temporary text file or paper.
Note: it should start with 'xprv' or 'zprv' and don't include the "" before and after it, example: xprv8cTcGbRmDaPnV9uuD..............................nuUUAfumg
  • Under that there should be an "x2/" and "x3/", copy the "xprv" of x2 and "xpub" of x3 (x3's xprv is null) and paste to the same file as above.
Note: the xpub starts with 'xpub' or 'zpub' that looks similar to the xprv.
  • Now you've got the keys that you need to restore it Electron.

2nd part:
  • In your ElectronCash wallet, use File->New/Restore.
  • After typing a wallet name and next, select the options "Multi-signature wallet"->Slide the sliders into "From 3 cosigners" - "Require 2 signatures", next.
  • Select "Use public or private keys", next, paste the xprv of "x1", next will display its xpub.
  • Next of that is "cosigner 2", paste xprv of "x2" and lastly in "cosigner 3" paste the xpub of "x3".
  • Set a password and the wallet should generate the same multisig wallet with BCH address format, use the "Address Converter" to check if your "legacy address" matched Electrum's.

There could be a simpler/safer method but this is what worked in my tests.

So the address that you attempted to send the BCH to, starts with a "3"? Huh

If that is correct, then I am assuming that on the title bar of your Electrum screen, next to the wallet name... it says "[2fa]"... like this:

If that is correct, then unfortunately, you have no real option but to follow the somewhat complicated procedure as shown by nc50lc above... "Electron Cash" does not support Electrum "2fa" wallets as TrustedCoin does not support BCH transactions.

The solution is to restore a "disabled" version of your 2fa wallet as outlined above in the first part... this will give you 2 master private keys (the xprv's) and 1 master public key (the xpub)... from that you can reconstruct the wallet as a "normal" multisig wallet in Electron Cash (as outlined above in part 2).

You can't use 2FA with BCH/Electron Cash.
You can only use 2FA with BTC/Electrum.

What are you wanting to continue using? BCH or BTC or Both? Huh

It's not because of the coins: Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash; it's the wallet: Electrum's feature that wasn't carried on by Electron Cash.
I think that there are some desktop clients/wallets out there that have 2FA and support BCH but I don't know any.

If you've bought "Bitcoin Cash" [BCH] thinking that it's the Bitcoin, you must convert it to "Bitcoin" [BTC].
But if you're aware that it's a different coin and want to hodl it, what to do is your own decision.

I searched for it a bit and I was only able to find two BCH wallets that support 2FA.

The first one is the BTC.com web and mobile wallet.

Never used it but some sources claim that it has 2FA, it gives users a seed, and option to recover from seed. The recover from seed option won't be useful for OP since he has an Electrum seed.

The second wallet has a terrible reputation and is called Freewallet. I would not suggest using this! I am mentioning it just as a reference.

I think that there are some desktop clients/wallets out there that have 2FA and support BCH but I don't know any.
I searched for it a bit and I was only able to find two BCH wallets that support 2FA.
Was just playing around with BitGo (trying to figure out how to restore their wallet to Electrum)... they seem to support BCH and are "technically" 2FA as they setup a 2-of-3 multisig and you need to config 2FA on your account using GoogleAuth or YUBIkey etc.

However, given the difficulties I've been facing trying to figure out how to recover the BitGo wallet, I would not recommend them.
