It's too far to think the price of ethereum could hit 100k while it's not yet surpassed ATH. Bitcoin is not even touching 100k at this moment. Imagine how much each bitcoin will worth the fiat money. 1 bitcoin may be worth 1 million dollars

although I love Ethereum and invest all my money in Ethereum, but I'm not sure if the price of Ethereum can increase that high, because if the price of Ethereum increase by $100k then the price of Bitcoin can reach $1m, but maybe I was wrong and the price of Ethereum could increase by $100k in the future, because no one can predict the movement of cryptocurrency price.

I don't like Eth right now, the transaction fee is just too high for small traders the fee will eat up your profit and this is not profitable for small traders unless the fee is fixed is I don't see why Ethereum will hit $100k there's a lot of issues on transaction fee now and many are complaining and many will continue to complain.

No, that is not possible for the simple reason that there is no set cap on the amount of Ether to ever exist.
So a couple of thousand dollars, and some form of a fix when it comes to transaction costs, then it has a nice chance of increasing in value.

There is always a possibility of such growth but to be realistic i do not think that it will happen during this bull season, as previous eth high was around 1400 so lets suppose eth grows 10x more so it can grow to 14k this bull run in my opinion but yes the more the better but even 10k would be huge at this stage for eth.

This could be way too much of a speculation but yes lets just give it a go after all everything is possible in crypto. 11k for 1 ETH would really make the transaction fee to rise higher.  Its an old problem with Eth even after this Eth2.0  It will also be good to speculated the price of eth killers while this thread is up.

It is a lot but there is a possibility that it will. Why do you think that you'll be aiming at that price? it has no longer an unlimited supply and because of 2.0, the supply has been cut and it is transitioning into PoS.
But with that huge price, I wouldn't be confident if that's my price to be awaited for. It would be good if it's only $10,000 and that's already enough for me to sell.

The Bitcoin pump just started. We will see a huge bull run this year. Trillion USD already reached one time. Just like this situation, we could touch 50k USD in a month. We won't see 100k USD before June-July this year. But I'm sure that Ethereum couldn't reach 100k USD before completing the next bullrun. We don't have accurate supply information about Ethereum.

We need to be realistic, the whole market right now is barely above 1 trillion dollars, that is a lot of money but ethereum only has 13% of that trillion you want ethereum to go up 82x, and while that may be possible how long will it take to get there? Will we even be alive when that happens if it happens at all? As such it is better to not worry ourselves over questions of which most likely we will never know the answer, especially when ethereum is yet to surpass its previous ATH.

Nothing is impossible here on crypto because prices can shoot up into those unimaginable prices but there are numbers that cant really be reached out or isnt realistic anymore.

Ether could hit 100k? if you do base up its total supply then its really hard to attained considering of lots of factors and imagine on how it would able to overtake fiat currencies that we do had.

Become mainstream? I dont believe that much thats why im not really thinking up on the possibilities. Come to think that even reaching or breaking 2k is already taking some time

It is all possible, no one predicted that eth will ever hit $1400 to start with because eth started below $1 initially in 2015 and no one even imagined that in around 2 years eth will grow so much. 100k eth is definitely possible but it will take more years i guess.

Nah, for Ethereum I don't really think so. There is just too much of it in existence to probably climb so high. Bitcoin on the other hand has a possibility to go there.

If you believe that this is possible, then indeed the price of ethereum can rise to such a price. Anything can happen in crypto, yes maybe ethereum can go up to $ 100k but if bitcoin can hit a price of over $ 1 million, but if that happens then i would hate ethereum a little because it would cost more than $1k.

The problem is why people are always creating more and more non sense prediction even ethereum didn't yet surpassed its ATH. I just feel curious how people are not even taking the sense rate that can be achieved by ethereum rather than say about the non sense rate that we don't know whether it can be achieved by ethereum in the next decade or 100 years later.

It would depend on the value of Bitcoin. If bitcoin reaches 1 million all major altcoins will rally as well. I'm not counting centralized scamcoins with premine like XRP and stablecoins but big players that follow the moves of BTC will go up by a lot. I could bet that 1 million usd bitcoin = 100 thousand ETH.

The price of ETH is around $1180 and to become a eleven trillion market you need to attract huge institutional investors investing solely on ETH for the next few years if you want to see those valuation and with a coin with plenty of coins in circulation and more to come it is possible to reach hundred billion in the near future if the price keeps on increasing but to reach a trillion dollar you need to see some crazy rally which is highly unlikely in the next decade  .

What a meaningless question, seriously. Why ETH should hit the trillion-dollar value and you mentioned the price let alone marketcap. It is impossible when the total marketcap crosses the trillion-dollar marketcap the things will change for all cryptocurrencies. It is not possible for a single coin to hit trillion-dollar marketcap one day, IMHO. The trillion-dollar marketcap is not impossible in the next 50 years but it is a dream to catch the high-level prices after this market point. The true meaning of the market is to catch the market trend on the re-planned timeframe. Otherwise, no one will lose a dime on the trading.
