Do you still have the private key of your address(es)? If not, try to export the private key using the right-click option in the address tab "
View->Show addresses".
If you've successfully extracted the key (
don't post it), just open your other wallet (
recipient) and use "
Wallet->Private key->Sweep" to automatically send the fund to that wallet.
If you cannot extract the key, there might be something wrong with the wallet file or Electrum installation.
Try to enable logging in "
Tools->Preferences->General tab->Write logs to file", restart Electrum then reproduce the issue.
You can find the logs in "
%appdata%/electrum/logs" or your OS' data dir (
info) and open 'logs' folder.
Find something that describes the error; Don't forget to disable logging after.
