You're not interested in making your life better or making the lives of your family better? if you can't find your purpose for living, for now, you only need to keep moving without stopping.

Until you find your purpose for living. Doing the right thing can easily be done if you understand things and situations, it shouldn't be a question though but basing it on your experiences, you can determine to know it.

For me if I am doing anything and if it gets my interest then in such cases you will like to do it again and again so this means your interest and passion is there. And if you are trying to avoid it or consider it as a burden while doing it means this is not you think which you can do it for lifetime. It should be something if you are asked to do even in middle of night you would be happy doing that is where your passion drives you.

I believe that all people need a purpose in life, a hobby, a goal to move forward peacefully but if for some it is difficult to find they must continue to search and try until they find the one that suits them

If you are a male you must have purpose to continue the family name.
To make that you must find the way to support your child which will lead you to finding most profitable job/work/business or way to do it.
If you doesn't have interests now just try more things and you will find the thing which is making you happy and you are ready to spend time doing it.

A life without interests or passions sounds a bit boring. Especially now in the corona times with lockdowns everywhere we need something to take out mind off the bad things. There should be at least be some topics that interest you. You signed up on this forum, so maybe you are interested in crypto currencies? Or maybe you just look on alternative ways to make money? Either way you could start engaging more with cryptos and maybe you become more and more interested.

I think my life is also bit boring if you would consider it I was looking for answer too just like OP,
I don't know but I am losing interest on things that once's made me happy and excited but now I think it is just dull daily activities.
The only thing that keeps me slightly happy is by playing my online games and my baby I don't think that there are other things too.

Because you still have no Plan in life , Once you become serious in Life then you'll have to Find the right way How to live happy and enjoyable while doing the Best thing.

And be ready once you have a family or else you have no really plan.
