IsItDebunked.com Debunk (DBNK) Token is being created as a utility token to reward users who contribute towards the fact-checking system which is being created via the blockchain, this will allow all information to be grouped together and if something has been debunked then it can be seen in the future and isn't purged if censorship goes to new levels.

We believe the news reports that are being brought out are not always legitimised by actual evidence and can sometimes be debunked and this puts large doubts into the minds of millions of people around the world

This then causes those who question the news reports to be deemed conspiracy theorists or other shameful name-calling. The issue is that when the information is debunked it doesn’t get the coverage it deserves and is sometimes still used by the fact-checkers as real correct information when this is not the case. This therefore means the information that is given to the public is not always correct and this must be changed in order for society to continue working efficiently.

There are many variants of social media platforms out there that allow users to discuss ideas between friends and share various things around the world. The problem with censorship also occurs though where the media company doesn’t agree with a user’s thinking or ideas and therefore remove the post and even sometimes go as far as restricting the user’s account. We deem this an issue as it can stop meaningful discussions and can in some occasions stop the truth from being shared. We just want to help bring truth to the world without bias reporting

Blockchain has become known to be a well established way to transmit and secure data whilst being used financially to secure the transactions taking place across the network. We believe we could adapt this to ensure historical information is kept safely so that future generations have all the relevant information to go off in the future. Currently it is becoming more and more known that the information that is given out is not correct and it can become difficult to find the old information which debunked the news report.

I have the same opinion. I am surprised that instead of thinking first about promotion and marketing, projects start selling anonymously. It is actually a private sale, but in my opinion the bounty campaign should start on January 16 or even earlier, in a week or two it will be too late! After all, investors need time to learn about the project and its research.

Thanks for your reply and in response to your question. Yes, when the system goes live as the 25,000,000 DBNK will be used to pay for marketing and as payment towards listings on exchanges, referrals to the system and bounties inside that system such as; creation of their first post, sharing that said post on other social medias etc. and ensuring the smooth running and increasing exposure and awareness elsewhere.

These will be discussed further in due course but we have it mapped out how these will be utilised, community engagement and decisions will also be taken into consideration closer to the time.

I hope the above information helps clarify this for yourself and hopefully we will see you joining the system in the future so we can all ensure we create a good database of information that won't be purged as the most informative information will be stored safely on the blockchain for future generations to access and make sense of themselves.

We have seen many projects get crushed due to doing airdrop campaigns and it has caused an influx of people who aren't interested in the actual project and just want to sell as soon as the receive their tokens and are constantly looking at how to sell which creates sell pressure even before the project is live. This is never a good thing for any business. We will do these at the correct time.

It's very good that you think about it. Many projects have been damaged by bad tokenomics. Often, developers are most interested in attracting as many bounty participants as possible by setting a huge budget (bounty pool). They don't think of that bounty hunters will want to sell their rewards immediately after receiving them. Of course, if the project is excellent (as yours  ) and there is strong investor interest in it, the price should defend itself, but be careful when setting a budget for the Bounty Campaign.

Yes we have seen over the years various projects which have suffocated themselves so to speak and had to deal with bounty hunters moreso than actually investors because the bounty hunters are more damaging, write nasty things saying the project is a scam as they haven't received their $1 worth of tokens etc. Reputation is key for success.

Thanks, yes it is an unusual idea but has a lot of potential for movement due to how important this system could be for future generations. Especially if there is an internet purge which results in large amounts of information and knowledge being eradicated and not saved for the history books of the future. If you lose or destroy history then you have more chance of repeating this said history.

I understand that the main idea of this project is to present relevant and true news to people. I find this idea very interesting, especially nowadays, when a lot of false information is on the Internet.

The main idea is the retention and safety of information, we want all sides of the story. We want the conspiracy theorists to make their points and we want the disputers to make their claims against this. No aggravation, everyone has their own different opinions and beliefs and these should be kept and held high, regardless of the baselessness or facts of the matter. If everyone thought the same then we are all just robots and there will be no innovation for change to be made. That is not a world that people will want to live in for the future. We can help with these things whilst also uniting on the idea that everyone has their own opinions, right or wrong, it is unique and we unite on our unique differences.

Hi, there has been no purchases using Ethereum or USDT (Tether) and only friends and family etc. have invested into the private sale using traditional currencies. The private sale was just recently setup for others in the cryptocurrency world to get involved if they wanted. There was not too much of a marketing push on this private sale. We will be updating this tomorrow with the cryptocurrency released onto mainnet and the whitepaper and roadmap with the public sale to be entered onto the website with the ability to purchase tokens.
The tokens which weren't sold during the private sale will go into a voting session for the holders and community to decide what they should be used for, with options such as additional liquidity inside of Uniswap and for costs of listing on some additional exchanges.
We will look into the message and discuss with other team members and get back to yourself on that situation.

Telegram is currently not built for reasons which were discussed between our team and some of the investors, we will be creating a Telegram and Discord group in the coming days with all the full relevant information on there for people to discuss things and make it easier for us to discuss items and future developments between our users and ourselves keeping everyone up to date on the latest.

Discord is much less popular in the crypto world than Telegram. For example, I don't use Discord at all and because I already use few communicators, I'm not going to register on another one. I think it would be a much better solution to post your updates here and on Telegram than on Discord.

I think so, telegram is simpler and easier to use even by ordinary people though, sharing information and discussing by including a link / image or other is also easy. but because of this, lots of scammers were there too.
