I would stand by this rule

For quite some time I've been here n this forum trying to build knowledge and courage and have encountered a few don't as I travelled through the section.

I observed in course of this activity that, there are very feel rules that can easily be faulted by beginners more frequently than others in trying to be active and contributing member. These rules look minor but, are the ones you don't even realize most times until you commit them. Some are prompted by laziness but should you beat laziness, your good.

So I developed the idea of this post to remind myself on the DON'T that can keep you should you try to abide by it. I'm going to lost them as I now know them in no definite other.
1. Plagiarism:  it's simply copying a content from another source and pasting it as yours. When I say as yours, this is you not referencing the source and it's an offense.
Why it's bad?
! It discourages research and originality.
! It spreads only old information or news
! You tend to take the glory in someone else's content for yourself.
! You don't get to be confident in your writing.

2. Spamming: this is simply off-topic replies (that is: out of context or replies that doesn't talk about the topic of discussion or isn't about the comments that follow) and also, it extends to writing repeated replies.
Why it's bad?
! It fills the section with irrelevant information
! It opposes quality post
! It hides the relevant information as, it might just push it up the topic content by creating more and more pages
* It doesn't help so well in promoting the forum as a resource of quality and authentic crypto information forum.

3. Unnecessary quoting. It's you quoting a reply or content in entire when, all you need to reference or talk about is just a small portion of it.
I can't say much on this one as I'm not yet very conversant with how to quote perfectly, I just know to have encountered a post that talks about this and still need some practice.
Why it's bad?
! It fills the page with repeated information which is unneeded.

4. Merit begging/trading: this is practically begging users who have grown their accounts for merits or would offer currency in exchange for merit. Most beginners with the need to grow their account and seem to be having a hard time often think this a solution. The idea is, the more you tend to beg, the more your noted for it and merit becomes far from you. I'm yet to see ban members on this but, I believe it's a possible resolution for such account.
Why it's as?
! It discourages you from posting quality post
! It doesn't support hard work
! It would make merit loose value as to the forum and as such, it's aim is defeated and that would be bad

Knowing this, I have very much decided to keep off from this act as it won't lead me or the forum to the heights and reputation it has attained. I really hope I and the rest of us do keep uphold. Thanks.

You have mastered the rules well. The post is similar to the "newbie forum vow." Sometimes it's helpful to write things down for better understanding. Now that you deliver on your promises, we hope to avoid any surprises, such as a sudden ban for providing news without a source.
But these are not all the rules, read them to the end. Don't worry about virtues or make them your goal at all. Just start exploring and learning bitcoin, it is much more fun than the constant hustle and bustle of increasing your rankings.

It'd fully understood that you have probably been conversant with the forum rules and regulations as well, i came across your first post lamenting out your phobia problem to join discussion, you are welcome mate.
In addition, cheating and scamming is prohibited in the forum as it lowers down your reputation while chases other users in performing transactions with you., avoid it.

It's one of the factor that affect new users here, but this little steps can help you alot in one way or the other.

That's the basic of it. Be careful not to overdo it and join the pyramid quotes club or the quote the entire OP club. Only quote the important points that you want to reply to.

Mostly people see the bitcointalk as money making place over a discussion forum that is why these things are happening. Already told million times but those who are doing it may never have time to visit these sections because they are very busy with filling their bounty reports to get stakes.

Thats the thing about majority of new members, we're only concern about the free money from these bounty campaigns.

They are the season of scammers because many beginners rush into the market without thinking about the consequences of their investments.
I do not expect that such scam will stop. Therefore, it is a primary matter that all these topics be grouped into one topic and that they be reported to contribute to its closure.

URL name must be checked multiple times and report that scam site.

Why it's bad?
! Nobody reads the words.
! The topic is one and not divided.
! The benefit will be less, and no one will read it.
