Hi, is this page a scam? It has good prices but they only allow payment with bitcoin, can you confirm if it is true.

On checking the information of the site, it appears to be currently inactive and was last updated the day it was created, there is also no information on the personal details of the site owners. This doesn't confirm it's a scam but raises lots of red flags.
You could be better off asking about more reputable and trustworthy sources to purchase ASIC miners.

I'm always amazed how people manage to find websites selling gear no one has heard of before.

The website became slow to load and later totally unresponsive while I was checking it so that's one bad thing but till then I've managed to see this:
- stock photos showing their offices and warehouse
- the prices you say are good lead to an inquiry page so no idea how you've managed to see them
- the whole website seems like it has been frozen in time somewhere in 2019, probably it was abandoned
