I am bringing this topic to life, instead of creating new one from scratch.
There is one
Open-Source Crypto ATM project or short
OSCA, with instructions for making your own Bitcoin ATM at home if you have basic electro-mechanical skill.
You don't have to disclose any personal information to use this ATM, you just inserts cash and the machine returns a printed paper wallet with Bitcoin, than you scan the QR code to sweep the wallet.
OSCA Project is still in beta phase, and this ATM machines are not trustless that means that you will have to trust that owner wont scam you.
This is how OSCA Bitcoin ATM looks like when it is completed, and yes OSCA is accepting only Bitcoin, not any altcoins:
OSCA Project is made by Anthony Budd who is Node.js and PHP developer.
Early instructions are posted on project github page, it is using Arduino, and detailed version will be released in future.
