Did you try doing what the error message suggests and either:
1. Tried clicking the "click here" link to learn how to "refresh your wallet"
or
2. contact Exodus' "24/7 support" using either the email address provided or the "contact exodus" button?

Seems like that might be a good way to find out why Exodus' service is not working properly
