changehero.io scammers

I have transferred 1007$ worth of btc
After that i wait for their 1 confirmation and i got that 1 confirmation
Their system showed me the amount of money i will receive 1000$
However i talk with support and said don't worry we are sending.... and after 1 hour they took more then 5% of my money i just got 955$
I have tried to explain that to support but they insist on their scam

reading your post, the scam accusation is about being overcharged for the fee? correct?

you might want to follow this scam report(quoted below) to better state what happened also here are their representative's profile account Changehero.io and here are their ANN threads on the forum

anyway, here's the other scam accusation against changehero.io ChangeHero.io - exchanger scammed me for 21 010 USDT if you are interested at looking at it.

yes overcharged +5%  . of course i have checked the rate before exchanged
first time i use them it was ok exchange 0% charged
second time they did that i have talked with support many times its useless they insist on their scam

I think i have seen a couple of complaints about them, but it was mostly about locked up funds rather than unfair rates. One thing I know about the instant exchanges is that their rates are always way off the market rates, plus they have those hidden fees you don't see until it's too late. My advice is if you want to avoid unfair rates, don't use instant/swap exchanges.
