The five percent fee is redistributed to all holders of the token. When the token was created, it was a modification of RFI, and one of the problems identified with that project was that the fee distribution did not accumulate very quickly for holders. The 5% Fee for R3FI was seen as a better distribution model. Anything over 5% did not seem favorable to long-term adoption- although some tokens are utilizing higher fees and burns with favorable adoption as well.  It is enough to incentivize holding and receiving rewards, but not so much that selling would constitute losses if the token is held for at least a short period of time.  The tokenomics help to encourage people to work within the ecosystem and Holding is all that is necessary to farm the base rewards.

R3Fi is an ERC20 based token. We do also have a BTC pair on IndoEX International Exchange. When EIP 1559 is implemented, we anticipate trading fees to be dramatically decreased, which should lead to broader adoption. We are also bridging to the BSC network for lower fees.

The fee's are to allow for users to receive significant airdrops.

We aim to generate volume through various ways such as with our Ethereum to BSC bridge launching soon, it is currently in public testing. It will bring our token count too three with R3FI, bR3FI and pR3fi. We should have an informational video to help people check for themselves with release coming soon.

This bridge has a pegged token to be able to be traded on CEX's more efficiently as the token has no current owner and the smart contract ownership has been renounced.

This also promotes price instability and a constant arbitrage opportunity as the fees will likely reflect in the trading prices across chains and tokens.

The prices of each token will likely never be the same and we believe it will create a flow of trade in itself.

These gateways also generate fees for us to use to lock liquidity into new DEX's without community donations. This is extremely helpful to us, and allows us to accomplish a difficult goal of existing as a community run token without having to rely on donations like we do currently.

With new liquidity pools on DEX's we'll be able to provide for, there will be even more arbitrage opportunities to stimulate more volume due to bot trade.

We are constantly looking for new DeFi use cases and we believe the 5% fee is not so significant, it is generated by holding the tokens shortly anyways.

We are aware of this, there's no hiding it anyways with crypto. We are transparent anyways, we currently are going to a release a bridge to BSC to open trade to smallers amounts. This will likely increase our volume, it comes with a pegged token to allow for better CEX trading with the token as well.

We are looking at various solutions to incentivize trade, but the bridge will help this in many ways very soon. We have thought very hard about our future DeFi applications, and this was the necessary foundational development needed to allow us to bloom.

With the bridge, we will generate much needed fees to do things such as lock liquidity into other DEX's to increase bot trade and yields for everyone. Along with a much needed aggressive marketing campaign.
