As percent of bitcoin price, Etherum has min at 0.2%, max at 15% and today it is 3.85%. If bitcoin won't rise more but Ethereum increases more and claims it 15% again, its price can be $4785. The price will blow my mind away.

Eth has recently made an all time high in USD pair but in the BTC pair, it is still down by -73.9% because the all time high for eth was 0.14 btc. Consider for a moment, if eth reach this value, how much high would it be in USD  
I am very much bullish for ethereum.

It's my dream scenario to see ETH break its ATH while BTC struggles to go to $40k, I have been watching this pair for 3 consecutive days https://trade.kucoin.com/BTC-USDT and I hope I am right that It will be moving big soon.

Now, the market is basically ETH vs BTC but I am in no side right now - It's a close battle and I am enjoying the view so far.

I guess people would focus more on the USD value that the BTC/ETH pair.

That very clear that Bitcoin has more significant growth compared to ETH as we already hit $40 this year, it doubled its previous ATH while ETH although reached a new ATH but it did not follow the trend of bitcoin which is to double its previous ATH, and now that the market seem bearish, I don't think ETH will rise to the price stated by OP, it could be a correction will come instead of significant increase of ETH.

I guess people would focus more on the USD value that the BTC/ETH pair.

USD value is final outcome for investment. I don't believe in value of USDT or stable coins as those companies can be shut down or attacked by lawsuits. I don't bet my capital on stable coins

Have a price to equalise the investment if bought ETH at its 2018 all time high is better than take loss, cut loss. I don't know how many investors patiently and bravely to hold ETH from 2018 to 2021 and make their equalizer or a small profit for their 2018 investment.

I don't believe that ETH with the price higher than $4k but it is crypto. Many DeFi tokens have too high price so why ETH won't be able to claim higher price. In the bull market, everything is possible and if you consider the 2018 market, the price more than $1200 for ETH is crazy.

of course it is a surprise if what you say from the prediction information can happen and most likely will be proven because today ethereum has created its ATH at $ 1,688. Of course this is the latest surprise that ethereum has done, which can move without having to because of the upward movement of bitcoin, but it must be from its own ability which is quite capable of being done.

but it makes sense to me what ethereum will do because last year they seemed to be lagging behind bitcoin and are now trying to keep up. If the prediction will reach $ 4,785 it looks like ethereum will be able to do this this year, even I have even higher conclusions. but this is certainly good news for other altcoins.

One year ago, less people had belief that Ethereum can move back to their 2018 All time high but now, it is a past all time high. Ethereum has a good growth in 2020 and it is lasting till early months of 2021.

It is not my speculation as there is no trusted basement for that calculation. History does not need to repeat itself everytime. Honestly, $4785 for one Ethereum coin is a price that I don't believe too. It looks impossible from $1600 but if Ethereum can rise to $2500 or $3000, then $4785 will become reachable as it is more than 50% rise from $3000.
