Its not the world that's going to sink, its the economy. Because this had happened several times already in the past where recession had been predicted to happen. The blockchain however is something new, I guess governments aren't going to give same solution to the same old problem so that history will not keep repeating.

It has been a difficult year, the arrival of the virus, the pandemic, the various lockdowns and unfortunately i personally think it will be only the first of a long series, the viruses will recur every 2 or 3 years, but we must not abandon any ship but resist and keep moving on with our lives as much as possible

Poor Titanic, the ship got completely destroyed and is still on the bottom of the ocean. If the world was the Titanic than the pandemic would mean the end of all us. There would be a few survivers but the ship would be destroyed and there would be only a few safety ships left. Let's hope it doesn't come to that and the world will rebound from this crisis. The titanic was an event where none of the passengers could really change the story, everybody was just a small wheel in the hole event. As for the pandemic, we can all do things to make it better, follow social distancing rules, get the vaccine, etc.

Only people who do not believe in bitcoin will leave the ships and never look back to bitcoin. But for people who believe in bitcoin will still stay and use bitcoin for their benefit. Things I used to comfort myself with back then when big disasters like earthquakes hit somewhere around the world.
Anyway, I do not really agree with Op opinion on the future... but we need to understand the fact that our world is deteorating, evil will increase, humans will become more desperate/evil, false savior will arise, he will deceive lots of people with false miracles, false messiah & people he rule over will try to fight the Real MESSIAH but will be destroyed effortlessly.
The World will later be renewed, paradise restored, the chosen inherit it etc
