Maybe you also need to increase your presence in the forum. In this thread, a member is probably asking another platform that is light/easy to load maybe because of his slow internet connection. I think freebitco.in and bch.games are among the top when it comes to that but I'm probably the only one in that thread that mentioned your platform.

I am sure that they wouldn't compromise their performance over their feature or UI no player wants good UI but poor performance but if you have good UI and features and it is smooth who wouldn't liked that? I haven't tried it yet in phone, do they work smoothly through mobile devices?

Early on we had to delay some new features just to optimise site speed and smoothness.

I can guarantee you that all improvements coming will not affect the site performance.
We rebuilt everything a while ago and new features will pile up without changing anything to the overall smoothness.

I don't think he will face any issues. As he has said, He didn't try it yet and he doesn't feel comfortable on the mobile device.
