Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin?

I think if one is going to sell it's prudent to do so when the price is at a peak, not like it is now - at a bottom.

But it also depends on the situation.

If the person witnessed the peak and didn't sold and now that he's about to sell, there might be an important reason why he's about to do that. Even if the price became lower but if he's still in profit as he sell, that's what matters.

That's right, we don't know when the exact highest price will be. if you look at the price of bitcoin now it will be very high when compared to the price of bitcoin last year. but if you compare it to last month, of course the price at that time can't be said to be a high price.
it all depends on the price when you buy bitcoin, if the price is high and you have made a profit of course there is no problem if you want to sell it. but if you want to hold it longer, of course there will be possibilities for the future, the price could be higher or just the opposite.

Basing on technicals then its really somewhat a bad idea to sell now since the support is on 30k and we are nearly there and instead of selling then better to look for buying opportunity

If you bought it with money you could afford to lose, then simply hodl. If you bought your coins with money that's needful to you and either you've got an emergency or it is a very hefty amount and you're in less loss, then you may sell it. There are many analysts saying BTC to be reaching a new ATH of over $100k this year itself, but I believe they're only selling nonsense and I don't think there's any such chance because institutions won't let retailers play it like that and the interest has also turned into fear here, so I believe there can be some more downturn here for BTC.

It doesn't look like it's going to happen anytime soon. I have a relatively small amount of BTC, since I invested most into yield mining, however, I don't see much point in selling any BTC now, unless you're a daily trader. I'll keep on holding, hoping that in a couple of months, the price surges to high levels and increases in value.

It's possibly a decent time to step back and observe the market, there might be other opportunities that might have gone unnoticed.

Exactly, decision like this is for the person itself and there's should be no influenced from anyone. If happened that you are already good with the percentage of your earnings, either to pull out your intial investment or to takeall then enjoy your profits.

It's a matter of how you design and plan your investment, if you have certain target and its been achieved then it's good for you to take it.

Sometimes greed comes out and dictate the wrong things to do, never listen and make sure to follow what the original plan that you've got.

I hope that OP hasn't sold when the prices was low because it reached 60k and hodling for too long could make him/her wait a bit more longer.

Hi Everyone, I have a dilemma since I am holding an wholesome portion of bitcoin. With all the speculation going on in the market I don't know whether to sell or hold on my bitcoin. I've been wanting for more than a week to see if bitcoin's price improves, but it is only falling more and more.

I've gone through dozens of analysts' blogs, websites, market cap sites, price prediction sites, and all the important bitcoin market sites to find the right answer. But I am still unsure.

So, can anyone please tell me if I should dump my bitcoins with some losses (selling at lesser price than the buying price), or should I hold on to it?

There is also another reason. A promising stock just opened up. So should I sell my bitcoins and but the new stock that I'm interested in?

Buying and selling always depend on your limit you have to set a limit if you do investing. Because crypto market is always moving up and down and setting a limit  to avoid big loss is helpful. I will suggest that just hold on your investment because you will not loss if you will not sell it in loss. If you don't want to get bored on waiting for the Bitcoin price to rise just invest in some good altcoins because Bitcoin is for long term investment.

The long term is the most rewarding strategy in holding bitcoin.

But you're right that if someone who holds it sees already the profit on it right now, then he's free to sell. To me, I'm not yet selling and I'll wait for the right time which I'll be satisfied of selling it.

Simply put, problem solving is a version of personal and private but this intentional question of theirs is just to bolster their little beliefs because I know society is hiding a lot of people with some question and choice troubles, sometimes it's their pickiness or it's also a congenital disease, their childhood environment is always chosen by their family and they do not have independence, which makes them mentally flawed and self-confident. After all the opinions and what has been written, you and many others have probably helped them define their point of view and confidence.
