I hope to see a better Adesanya on his next matches and slowly build again his game for another title match or rematch to Pereira. I do notice something wrong to Izzy at that time but I just ignored it because Pereira is just so dominant. Well we never know what’s the truth.

Its the balance, he hurt his peroneal nerve which is why he cannot dance or circle anymore and he was pinned to the cage he knows he is winning but he cannot do what he wants to do and his limited movement was exploited by Alex

I’m just scared if he can overcome this second loss or he will let his career slide down like the typical outcome when topnotch fighter suffer tremendous loss on title match.

Israel is on a 60 days medical suspension and Alex is willing to give him another shot at the title this MMA rematch is very crucial in his career and has a huge impact on his legacy in MMA but I guess Alex will have his first defense before facing Adesanya again, hopefully, Alex is still the champion when they face again.

Did not hear he had a severe injury that can affect him so immensely in the octagon such as a peroneal nerve handicap.

I knew Pereira going in had something wrong with him prior to the main event because he did not look like himself like every other challenge he had thus far.
It was confirmed late yesterday he had a hand injury (a finger actually) which shouldn't have interfered with his performance.

Very intense indeed you can't blame him here, he is fighting for his career, Adesanya is doing great for many years as champion in UFC until the guy that beat him twice and even knock him out outside UFC came and did it again.
He can't go wrong this time he needs to be in the best shape of his career, a 4-0 loss to the same guy and twice in the UFC spells the end of his career, he knows he is heading to retirement and oblivion if he did not win this time.

Isn't that great? I mean they are giving anyone a chance here and not only those who are super stars already. Despite of being an underdog, alexa must still be one of those popular fighters so stake still gains a good exposure and maybe the pay for her is not big as those great fighters. That is one of the reason I see here on why they go for her and not on the much better ones but hey alexa did win so she is also improving now.

Promotions like this might give her an encouragement to push more harder and show what she got. Never saw alexa anymore in stake but there are now new faces on their homepage. I guess its contract have now ended?

I'm not a marketing expert and I'm not even in that marketing area, but I can't understand why a company would sponsor a fighter that already has many other companies sponsoring him? what time and space does this fighter have to manage many companies? let's imagine that a casino sponsors a fighter who already has 20 other companies sponsoring him, that fighter won't even be able to put the logo of all the companies that sponsor him on his fighting clothes. this fighter will not be able to constantly make videos of all the companies that sponsor him and post them on his social media

everything the fighter will be doing: making a lot of money without giving back to sponsors, the guys who sponsor him won't be getting any advantage in sponsoring him, so I wonder: do companies have some form of tracking that allows them to know if they are having customers when they sponsor a fighter? as I have never watched a complete fight, I always see a summary of the fights, so I don't know if when the fighters are fighting if they show all their sponsors in the transmission of the fight, because if they don't show then I don't see any advantage in sponsoring these fighters who already have many sponsorships

She is still there and so is Adesanya.

You are right though, payments for unpopular faces will be cheaper but now I think there should be an increase on whatever amount they are paying her since she is a champion now.
But credit to Stake.com for picking the right cherry and they are not wrong, sweet result. That must be some big risk they took there as one defeat could jeopardize their investment for her.

Maybe at some events outside that we rarely see. I am guessing whenever they are having a press conference, these sponsors' brands are either in their background or somewhere that could be seen by the camera.
Take Gatorade for example, whenever NBA players are interviewed after the game, a bottle of G is near their microphone.

Well, Pereira is not a worm so that suits the definition. That just means he will need to work harder to get his title back because this ain't going to be easy.

Having watched the championship belt switching hands during that epic match for a third time in the past few days, I have a feeling that Israel Adesanya will regain his title in this rematch next weekend on April 8th in Miami.
He has no doubt watched the fight tape over, over and over again to see where it all went wrong.

Freestylebender posted three days ago of episode 2 of how insane Adesanya's training camp is. Just watching it already gives me goosebumps. Both players are working harder to give us an entertaining fight and I am definitely sure they won't let us down. I have high confidence that there will be a knockout.

There's a point that I agree but the biggest question is 3 in a row and two successive knock out is not good you cannot just shrug it off just like that, this is a big test of character for Adesanya, Asi is an excellent tactician but one error is what Alex needs to beat him, he got all the preparation in their match I don't know what more Adi needs to beat Pereira but a four loss spells disaster for Adi's great career.
I hope this time Adi gets the right formula and spots Alex's weak spot, I want to see Adi getting back on Alex and so a fifth fight.

Money is key here, and it's just a mutual agreement in which you are using your fame and reputation (celebrity) to promote a brand for money. This is purely a contractual agreement that is what gives celebrities the most money they have. And this could end in either mutual agreement or otherwise depending on the discretion of either or both parties.

However in most cases, when popularity dwindles, the company might change their mind, especially when winners are becoming losers or less famous. And often at times, it might be that they just one to try another famous person which is understandable.

In other words, both parties are doing it for the money.
