But what if I'm playing Job Simulator and I get fired, or my hot soup spills over my keyboard at the office? That's not relaxation, that's just me simulating the rest of the bad things that did not happen in my own simulation. Is there a Bitcoin crash simulator I could play? Because this upward trend is not good for my anxiety, I rather pull the plug myself.

No, you can stop anytime you want. It needs a big effort to stop playing games to yourself, and I know that is not easy. I have that experience, even if my moms yelling to me to stop playing on that game. But then I realize that I can not play on that game every day because I have the other things that I need to do. If I can not stop my habit of playing games, I will not make anything for my life, and I can not get good progress of every plan that I made before. I think you must try it if you want to change your life.

Hmm, video games were always a solution to me when I was tired of something bitcoin and mining is not an exception. Actually I like playing competitive online games especially in party with my friends. Honestly, when I was younger I was crazy about Dota but it took too much of my time(I stopped playing when I started to work with bitcoin). As well I like to play some CS:GO, PUBG, Among us(sometimes LOL).

There are times that we would be stress because of video games that we play if we got disappointed with the result of our game or we lose,

I agree that video games do help us to be much more relaxed in living such a tough life. As with other forms of entertainment, playing video games
can provide benefits if we don't overdo it. I play video games once a week, to relieve the stress of work and forget for a moment the pandemic

For relaxation I recommend single player games that are not really about fighting. Because when we play multiplayer games with a PVP concept than it becomes very fast competitive. No body likes to lose, so playing shooters online can be very frustrating some times and increase our stress levels.

These are a bit old, so if you hate older graphics you can check out newer installations of those games.

Also I liked csgo and Elder scrolls: Skyrim and older installations of elder scrolls

Currently, I don't have a lot of time to play, but I would definitely still enjoy playing those.

There are a lot of games nowadays but I can say that some games are not very good because people get addicted while playing games which makes people addicted to each other.  We have to stay away from these games if we want to be good
