Oh yes, games do help me relax. I love to play Stardew Valley after a hard day, nothing calms me more than fishing or watering and harvesting my own farm.

I agree that video games do help us to be much more relaxed in living such a tough life. As with other forms of entertainment, playing video games
can provide benefits if we don't overdo it. I play video games once a week, to relieve the stress of work and forget for a moment the pandemic
situation that is not over yet.

For relaxation I recommend single player games that are not really about fighting. Because when we play multiplayer games with a PVP concept than it becomes very fast competitive. No body likes to lose, so playing shooters online can be very frustrating some times and increase our stress levels.

yeah , you will only stressed out when you lose..

best to play games that has light setting and also warm type of games.

like farming or fishing games when you need to take care of your farm to make them grow.
