The Role of Cryptocurrencies in Pandemic Times

Pandemic has had a very negative impact on our lives. Many are now at home due to job loss or lock down. Our income source is closing down but spending is increasing.

Spending is really getting higher while the sources of income is limited, this pandemic affects the economy and most of the jobs are not available.

In such a situation, our life has become very difficult. Like you, I'm lucky to be involved with crypto and have been able to make some money from home during these difficult times.

Yeah right, having longer time in-front of your computer chasing those available venue to earn brings more people inside this market, hoping to have additional source of finances, crypto bring some lift to those who find this industry.

In this pandemic situation crypto has given me enough support so far I have not had any financial problems.

Good for you and all of us who managed to survive with the help of crypto, hope more and more people who learn about this venue of investment.

In the early days of the pandemic, I was jobless and I was looking for another online opportunity after I left my previous company due to problems in the financial side. Though to me, that it's the time I participated more in more project,  so in short, it provides job opportunity during the pandemic era, because no one is allow to go out, with crypto one can either be a trader or bounty hunter.

This pandemic has greatly affected our economy.
 You know, The epidemic greatly affected the economy, some companies had to close. And we're unemployed. But thanks to me investing a little cryptocurrency, my life is fine and not affected much.
I can work with the computer without a company, which is very convenient.

Fortunately crypto markets trade stable and stronger among pandemic issues which resulted in easy money making option for many people in this covid times. Not just for the people who invested earlier and waited for boom but for the traders who started just after losing their day job also, crypto market provided very good income stream, thanks to strong bull run after bitcoin's 3rd halving.

I watched some of covid specific coins and tokens and some were created to collect donation etc. but all of them turned scam and shit projects over the time but old and reputed coins continues with their marvelous run to get good returns for all investors and traders.

I have to say the biggest one for me was the capability of earning money at home without needing to go to work. I have always been a freelancer in the crypto world and made my money that way, which was already something I loved because I didn't had to leave my home and that is awesome as it is. Now that pandemic happened, for the past 1+ year it has become even better, more and more people work at home of course but I was doing it before anyone else and I feel lucky.

This is one of the most overlooked benefits of Bitcoin, people forgot about it,,, that this is freedom to use money independently. p2p money like it was first proposed. Before, you had to use PayPal which of course didn't support everyone (and still needs bank or card attached).

This is the true enabler of freelancer economy! No one to block your account or say you can't use the network:)

To be frantic, some things are just blessing in disguise when they eventually happen. The pandemic was almost causing the collapse of all activities, both online and offline. cryptocurrencies sure are one of a way out to solve our financial issues in this pandemic. I can see one of the reasons why that the popularity of cryptocurrencies increasing because we're in pandemic states right now where people can't go out, people got fired, etc that makes them tried to find another alternative to gain some money. The current pandemic situation has had a very detrimental effect on our daily lives. Thousands of us have lost our jobs. Many financial institutions in our country have closed down. Everyone has suffered financially as a result but I have been involved in cryptocurrency since 2018. So I managed to get over it. I invested some of my money in cryptocurrency 3 months ago. I find the OP's words more like a PR stunt than genuine concern in the pandemic but I would say that crypto has been the savior of many in these tough times.

indirectly the pandemic is actually causing panic and considerable losses for everyone around the world, but try to take the positive side as it is today because with this pandemic people are starting to turn to crypto to start their new business and without realizing the growth of the crypto world has gotten bigger since the onset of this pandemic.
because they started experimenting with something related to crypto and started wanting to try things like this too.
