I don't know much about these DeFi projects except Nord finance which is still a very brand new DeFi project but looks promising enough, though I plan on limiting DeFi tokens that I will hold for long, they are too risky for me, here are my few armies of DeFi that I believe are going to be big in 2021

From the look of things, it's quite true that many upcoming projects are looking in the DeFi ecosystem in other to bring decentralized finance, but also we should try and understand that not all will make it in the long run, many will just be around for a while, some will turn to pump and dump and others will just be dead sooner than later, however only few that have what it takes and knows what it means to be a DeFi project will make it big at the end, and we are already seeing that in many top Defi projects. Also, it is true that many upcoming DeFi projects will turn out good, hence the need to take out time and understand what majority of them  are actually working on and aiming to achieve.
I don't know about all majority of these aforementioned DeFi projects, but whichever you want to invest in, do well to carry out your own research, know the team's experience and their long term goals towards to growth of the platform, and also know how engaging and supportive the community is. Nevertheless, Reef looks like a good one, but I will need to do more study on it.

I was also interested in this issue, and after analyzing the most promising options, I realized that Uniswap, Maker, Aave, Synthetix and Yearn Finance are best. AFAIK fantom is not a defi project and it's already existed since a few years ago. Unilend is quite better than fantom even unilend being launched last year and it gives a very big return to the investors.
I have been watching fantom and there's no interesting stuff was coming from this project too.
That being said if fantom is less popular compared with the defi coin like unilend that has been making a lot of ROI too.
These days the defi lending services are in demand.

A lot of them already showing an exit scam. Seseral finance is one of them. The truth is that some people or group take advantage of trending projects to create a mirage of scam. While Defi was the talks of 2020, I really think the high transaction fee paid on ethereum block chain has been the major k leg. I've heard from project like kingswap making reference to l2 protocol as a means of reducing the fee but nothing substantial has been achieve and there is little or no hope that this will be achieve in the future

A token I would like to point to here that does not get mentioned here in the context of DEFI is Hacken AI currently sitting on a lousy market cap of 7 mil is about to announce a bridge to Ethereum, Polkadot, Binance etc. The HAI token is a utility token mainly for the selling of their cybersec services in the b2c space. I am not completely aware of these Defi tokens you have listed here, I guess they are still new in the market. They are offering similar services to what most of the Defi that has been around for long are offering, there is really nothing new in what they have to offer.

Anyway, I believe that it’s not really a matter of whether they are offering the same services as others or they are offering something new, I think the most important thing here is how serious they are with what they are doing and whether they are going to be good at promoting it and investors and adopters. For this year I’m looking at Sushi, Yearn.finance, Uniswap, Chainlink, and Avalanche.
