Hi,
I have a Job, the seller requested BTC Escrow (he just want to see that funds are there), but since i dont have enough funds to cover that (About 4k to 5k€ in BTC) I would like to find someone who can do that for me and he will get his money back + 20%
Here is how it gonna work, you will start an Escrow with the seller on any Escrow service you choose, you'll control the release button. Once the job is over, i will send you back your btc + 20% then you release Escrow.
If anyone is interested please contact me on Wickr: tommyouls

So you want to deceive the seller by showing them funds you don't actually hold?

Besides, if the seller only wanted to see proof of funds then they could just ask you to sign a message with a Bitcoin address you control and hold funds in. What is the need of depositing BTC in an escrow service to show proof of funds?

This is all very fishy.

There is obviously a risk that the seller will demand to release the escrow once the transaction is completed and the OP may not pay.

"you'll control the release button" is nonsense, escrow is supposed to protect both parties so if the seller delivers they are supposed to get the money. The buyer (or buyer's surrogate in this case) can't just deny it.

The most generous interpretation would be that the OP is trying to buy something, flip it, and then repay. Otherwise it's just plain scam.

It's just like a loan, of course people won't give me a loan just like that, so this way the lender is safe. Also, this's just a trial because I'm a new client, me and the seller will continue to work afterwards, and I'm not going to scam the seller, 'cause won't risk a job that will get me multiple 100k in the future, for a fucking 5k.

If i ask someone to give me a loan to fund Escrow, to get 20% profit, do you think he would say "Okey i trust you, here's 5k"?

And why should someone believe what you say? Because you say it?

Ofc not. If you want a loan then offer valid collateral. Nobody will ever fund your job without guarantees.

so this way the lender is safe

The lender is not safe. They are giving you BTC and hoping you'll pay it back, which would be an absurd thing to hope for.

You're a newbie.

Nobody is going to lend you BTC without receiving collateral in return first.

That's the way things work here.
