we only require KYC verification for cumulative withdrawals of $5000 or above. Thus we will only ask for documents when you have withdrawn $5000, which is done to ensure that we comply with all regulatory requirements. What do you mean by "Certified for fairness"? Does this mean that the game is provably fair and anyone can check it at any point? In that case, you should write "Provably fair" because it's a common and understandable phrase. I can see that you use an algorithm that generates the random card shuffling, but I don't know whether a gambler can check it or not.
I also wanted to mention that 1% plus 0.4 mBTC (which alone is around $12.5 right now) is a very significant withdrawal fee. And the fact that you have strict KYC policies will not be attractive to crypto users (as can already be seen in the replies to this thread). And frankly, the wagering requirement sounds a bit confusing because it's not about the amount of money wagered, but instead about numbers of players and games, which seems unusual to me and hard to evaluate.
