I had some issues with my wallet(imtoken) some days back so I tried importing it to my trust wallet but all to no avail because I don't know my password, didn't backup my mnemonic phrase or even have a copy of it. This has been a hard challenge to me.
But if you wish to do same here are some steps that will successfully guide you that's if you know your wallet password but don't know or have a copy of your mnemonic phrase
1. Open your imtoken app
2. Click on profile icon at the bottom right corner
3. Click on manage wallet; when this is done you will see different wallet blockchains e.g Eth, BTC, ATOM e.t.c
4. Click on the one you wish to import (here am specifically talking about the ETH wallet)
Note:
After clicking on the one you wish to import, some will see things like identity name, wallet address, wallet name, biometric verification, some will have it complete, but if you don't click on the advance option below.
Thereafter more menu will be seen which are
1. Export mnemonic phrase
2. Export key store
3. Export private key
That's how to get your imtoken mnemonic phrase
Then you proceed to your trust wallet and proceed with importing your wallet

My advice to all is to create a special password containing words, numbes and some special characters e.g gjyfdj2021#. And always backup your mnemonic phrase at all time
Thanks

1. Export mnemonic phrase

As long as you still have access to your current wallet, chances are always good.
If you can export the mnemonic code, you already recovered your funds.

What problem did you have? You obviously had full access to your wallet? Were there some network problems (e.g. transactions could not be broadcasted)?

And always backup your mnemonic phrase at all time

This is the #1 priority.
The mnemonic code = Access to your funds.

Bob123 I get your point
Yes, I have have full access to my wallet due to the fact it's on biometric verification
But when I try to export my mnemonic phrase the pop-up tells me to input password
And worst of all imtoken does not support retrieving of password
