br0ken created a thread on service board about seed phrase and password recovery service. He locked the topic and it is self-moderated.

So, I am guessing that br0ken likely want to scam because he created the thread and locked it immediately. He may be someone that will request for the part of the password or seed phrase that the person that need the service still have access to and use it to steal the cryptocurrencies from the person. I think this kind of thread should be reported and deleted.

It is a self-moderated topic so we don't know if there are already arguments in that thread that was deleted by the OP or any accusations. Though he already have a red-tag by @BanzaiBTC, this doesn't count to be a valid reference for this new accusation. Still, just by looking at br0ken's thread, it is a huge scam and an offer anyone must never take. There are already many servers and services online that is reputable for this kind of business. Also for an additional note, RTX 3070 is a newly released GPU yet it doesn't mean that having 5 of it can break an 8-character and above passphrase. It's computing speed still isn't enough for that huge range lol.

Since you've started this accusation, you might add a flag on him and let others - whom agreed to you, supports it.

I wouldn't trust a service thread which is locked and self-moderated and that has similar behaviour on what we can see in the Goods board especially in its child-board Digital Goods. Though there are others that did this kind of thread option but I think that proves they have past good trades and contrary onto br0ken's thread it's also the contrary of the other trusted users here, e.g this user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;threads;u=262958;sa=showPosts though his threads aren't that self-moderated.

Hi, br0ken here!

Thanks for the bs negative trust ratings .. i guess?

I purposely locked the thread after posting because there is a tendency to post shit about any such services (seen it multiple times), and I for one have no desire to sit and play defend mode all day.

Long story short, users are welcome to only send the encrypted hash after sucking that out with Pywallet. I don't need any personal data or even the wallet.dat file. This is fairly new to me and I don't see why I should have less chance to help than the high rollers.

Furthermore, this is something I found myself getting really good at and have had some success along the way, and I am keen to help others. I make it clear that it is only for passphrases and only up to x characters. Not the range of services offered by other services.

As for the hint at the graphics card .. not even sure what to comment to that. You designed the 3070? Do you even have one? Have you tested it to say this?

Anyway, use the service, or don't. It really doesn't break my back or my heart. I have no intention of scamming anyone. I have been around for a while and never have. In fact, I am known to expose scammy ass coin devs etc. Some folks only see what they want to see.

Well, got to go.

Cheers!

I think the best you can do to clear yourself of the negative tags is to unlock the self-moderated thread and delete it. Then, you will have to create a new thread about it, do not make it self-moderated and do not lock it, make people comment. You will then have to create another thread about negative trust to be removed, if good reasons seen, it will be removed.

You have to convince ranked members first in a way to prove to them you are not trying to scam.

I think there needs to be some report made against this user or at the least a warning post to help newbies not get scammed because this kind of scam services has been here for a long time and I think that it needs to stop. To all the newbies who are going to read this, recovery services will only work if it is in your computer and you wiped it clean, there is no such thing as recovery of hacked accounts in bitcoin.

Hi,

I haven't checked this in a while, but yes, absolutely! You are correct.

I am not sure I understand about the thread for trust rating to be reversed, but would be really nice if you could give me some advice and tips on how to do this?

As for the actual service, something I tried and that is about it  Smiley It really isn't something that keeps me up at night and the domain will probably die in a couple of days anyway so really no big deal <  this is for you Kittygalore  Smiley I do, however, respectfully disagree with your assumption that this cannot be done. Veksler is living proof of that .. but each to their own.

This user came to our discord channel, contacted with a lot of users asking to buy Noso but never accepted scrow, just stopped answering. I did not posted details of that in the thread to avoid spam it.
Used multiple accounts offering dead coins.
Then try to scam the admin claiming in advance the payment for developing a web page without show nothing in advance.
When caugth and banned, spamed the announcements thread here, with false acusations, and posted negative trust comments to users denouncing his actions.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5305226.msg56625267#msg56625267

He is the only member banned from the discord server, and since then we received some ridiculous spam attacks repeating "fuck you" from multiple accounts.

He (os she) is FOR sure a scammer, probably a 15-20 yeard old boy, deducting from his language and expressions.
