We have 50 S15s mining and while a lot of them run without issue and achieve 28TH/s, we have about 20 that keep shutting down. Often times about 10-15 will turn off at the exact same time or within minutes of each other (or just 2-5 at a time). Sometimes they run fine for 18+ hours before dropping offline, other times they will get their TH up briefly and then crash. I've posted the kernel log from one of them below - anyone have any ideas or advice on what the cause may be? It is odd that many of them go offline at the same time - we are leaning towards a facility issue rather than a miner issue, as they were functioning without issue before we moved them to a new place.

Please edit your post, use the code instead of the quote function to post the kernel log, it's so messy this way.

The kernel log doesn't seem complete, you want to copy it when the miner is hashing within those 10-15 mins you talked about, but the fact that many of them go down together the first suspect would be the network infrastructure.

The easiest way to troubleshoot this would by powering off another good working 20 miners and allowing these miners to run alone, this will let you know if your router/switch and everything in between is actually able to run all 50 miners.

The second problem will be the voltage, if your wires aren't well-sized, the voltage can drop, and these PSUs want stable voltage over 200v, you will also troubleshoot it in the same manner but after the network troubleshooting.

The last would be heat issues, which is the least likely since you mentioned they all go down at the same time but will still worth troubleshooting.

And of course, the complete kernel log will be very handy.

Below is an example of 3 that went out at the same time today - the graph hasn't fully caught up yet, but they all drop right offline/to 0 on the far right side of each graph. They also all have the same drop. Yesterday you can also see when they all went offline at the same time around 14:00 - 17:00. Still waiting on confirmation if the kernel logs just randomly end like that, or if the full log was not provided.

Is the driver behind you suggesting the network related to the graphs being identical/some external factor affecting all of them at once, opposed to it likely being an individual miner issue (i.e. we'd expect relatively unique graphs if it was an issue on a miner by miner basis)?

That is pretty much it, 2 of the 3 miners you posted that status for went offline at 8:42 and the third one went offline just a minute later (actually a maximum of 60 seconds, it could be 0.1 seconds), so this can't be a hardware problem, it is very unlikely to be a heat-related problem, so what's left out is network and electricity.

This problem takes 15 minutes to troubleshoot if your guys at the new place can't do it - not sure if they are capable of hosting miners.
