Honestly, I've seen a lot of projects who aim to use blockchain technology on their product, however, none of these projects made it long-run. I started being active and learning about altcoins and new projects around 2016, and I've also participated in some altcoin campaigns promoting gaming tokens, but none of them survived the market due to lack of development and it didn't get people's attention for them to invest on it.

I am not sure if you are shilling the project or you are part of the team, but just to answer your question, there are people who earns a lot through gaming or even streaming. There are professional e-sport gamers who earns millions of dolalrs and even big streamers who earn a lot due to gaming. It could be profitable if you know how to utilize your skill and choose the best platform where to stream if you are planning to stream.

There are many game platforms whose developers or team believes they could achieve something with blockchain but most of the times, they ends up becoming scams, not even working anything at all, or in some cases developing something completely different from what they promised thus showing that, the team have no adequate knowledge regarding blockchain and games. Therefore coming across this bring back some of those memories and I start wondering what will actually make this particular project different from others, then I found buyback and farming, although they are good features but the team will need to do more.

not really sure about the project that the OP mentioned, but nowadays streamer is one of the "jobs" or you can call it one of the best hobbies in the world. You can make it a source of income if you become a famous streamer, and of course you can also earn quite a lot of money there, so playing the game is not a complete waste of time.

The video gaming community is huge and streamers are a big chunk of that community. Everybody wants to earn somehow in this pandemic and they would like to see that they are able to earn a decent amount of coins and fiat money.

As you said, not all gaming ecosystem is profitable to play, and that is true. Better play on platforms that pay coin that is actively traded in the market rather than a token or coin which is not yet in the market. We have seen a lot of projects that die not hitting in the market. So if you want to waste your resources via playing, at least select the project with existing value in the market.

I guess if you wanna try to promote Kohima, right? this project doesn't have a good reputation among the crypto users. I can call this project is not famous as another finance platform. it's better if you are not investing in the project that you didn't know about it. I guess this day the game project is not having a very bright future. So many times the developers tried to mix the blockchain with the game and so far there's no interesting game already developed

Related to your post @OP, I think that game is not too popular among the crypto enthusiasm, and I think those projects need to get more investors if they want to make their project successful in the future. I do not know much about that project, so I do not know if that project will have a good future or not.

Maybe the developer of the project can deal with the popular games to integrate their system to blockchain or ethereum network or else, so they can see that the project will benefit the users. That will be a new thing in the crypto world, and I guess that can get success in the future since many people like to play mobile games.
