Today I saw the price of DOGE very high on the Binance exchange, I immediately sold all the DOGE that I have. After I found out why the DOGE price hike was due to tweets from WSB Chairman and Elon Musk. I wonder. Why do famous people's tweets have such an effect on the price of an asset?

people will definitely believe in famous people, so tweets from WSB Chairman and Elon Musk had a positive impact for the price of DOGE to increase very high and of course it's has been a long time since DOGE prices have not increase very high like yesterday, so that it provides a lot of profit for people who have invested and HOLD DOGE for a long time.

That's how exactly how big the impact is when a famous person use a cryptocurrency and endorsed it. Some just only using a #name of crypto in their twitts or in any of their social media accounts. People do trust to the things that a famous person like Elon Musk endorse because they are thinking that Elon Musk wouldn't endorse such thing if he haven't tried, tested and proven. And that is also why DOGE were at high price and hype as in a binance.

Only good thing about DOGE is its community. Why wsb of all coins decided to target DOGE must have been for similar reasons as the Elon Musk Tweet. I am not sure why they were aiming for something with substance like ETH (maybe too big for that kind of pump) or Maker (vital for the whole crypto ecosystem). See how that plays out but right now it looks like that is over. There is new HODLers for DOGE so maybe it settles at 1.5 to 2 Cents next?

A currency which was built as a joke then growed into a community and now it's all around the gossips because the prices have grown more than 700% which is quite shocking.But this came shortly after the tweets of Musk and then people started pumping their funds from other coins and shifted the momentum towards Dogecoin rally.Thats what happened when you have millions of active followers who blindly trust whatever you told them which is why Musk is exercising such market manipulation techniques to rise the prices for his own benefit as he is one of the potential investors.

Right now, it is on a downward slope so I guess many are selling right now, until it goes back to a stable price. These kinds of triggers are helpful for those who have large amounts of doge as their collection. Imagine around 68000 dogecoin is a bitcoin. So those who have stacked millions must have a field day now. The temporary losers right now are the buyers, but of course it might take a long time before doge reach fever heights.

Doge is always a coin you need to stock in your portfolio as you will see a pump once in a while and this was by far the biggest pump we had in the coin in a long time and i am sure many booked their profit as it was an unexpected sudden rise and anyone holding the coin for a long time will take advantage of the situation and book the profit. Waiting for it to settle down once again so that i could accumulate again.

although in a day many people feel the pleasure of doge pump, but on the contrary people who buy when ATH has suffered heavy losses, maybe after this Elon Musk will target another altcoin that can be pump up in a short time like Doge.

looks like it won't reach even 0.1 i already sold my dogecoin and split my investment to xrp and litecoin they are pumping right now, i hope i made the right decision on not holding the dogecoin and invest to litecoin and ripple.

doge use to be just a child's play thing only that we giveaway everyday for dice game but now that its worth more than a cent, i wanted to keep them all for good and see how it could jump right up back again without reason but elon's tweet.  wallstreetbet seem to be betting on doge. if its going to dip back again to $0.01, i will look at it a chance to get more of it.

I guess it could be that we are still in the cryptocurrency bull run, it would be difficult to reach up to 1$ since it would need around 128 billion$ market cap.

Be careful trading the DOGE coin in the market as it could easily liquidate your funds, I already see some people that lose up to 10,000$ in futures trading because of risking it and believing in this DOGE pump.

Everyone already sees it as a short-term investment only, or maybe wait for the lowest price possible again and then reinvest. I would trust another project like ADA, DOT, ETH than this meme coin. But still, we can't deny that the pump could easily make a huge profit.

This is indeed the biggest pump in doge coins. I don't believe in Doge coins, let alone invest. I use doge to play dice and reward someone who wants to use my referrals. I never thought to invest and sell it. But the moment the dogecoin gets high, I have to take the opportunity to sell it and buy it back when the price has collapsed. After that, I will keep using it as a reward and playing dice.

There was a sequence of positive news regarding the Dofe coin. It was total pump. Many people in twitter were writing about the DOGE coin and shilled it to everyone. It`s an unexpectable situation, but definitely DOGE holders are happy about it

Maybe those guys were invested DOGE and they tried to shill it in twitter just showing support of DOGE, unexpectedly it pumps.. I guess they already made millions from it and now Elon Musk trying to shill bitcoin, then let's see what will happen in the next days if it is effective.

Trader are only maximizing the chance of making a small profit from the increase in the price of the doge as some people may not believe enough to hold it in the long run considering the total supply of the doge is quite large. So they only do short term trade. The risk may be much greater once the price rises high enough. I hope that not many people were caught at the highest level yesterday.

Honestly pump and dumps never really mean anything in the crypto world, they are unsustainable and they are worthless. I think it was Elon again who did something like this before, I remember vividly there was someone who talked about it or tweeted and the price went up super high once again, and it crashed back to old prices once again, it was having hard time before this tweet too and it got alive again once more.

People need to realize these are unsustainable so you can't buy during these periods, if you really want to make a lot of money from it, wait for it to go under 70 satoshi, even wait for 40-50 range if you want to go in heavy, after that you could wait for it to go up again, but a sell order at 250 satoshi and you will 5x next time Elon musk tweets about it, and I doubt it would take more than a whole year, dude keeps tweeting that all the time.

The only thing that I dislike about the cryptocurrency market is that it can be easily manipulated or controlled by few ingluencers or whales. Those who influenced the markets in 2017-18 are no longer in control and now big tech influencers are now simply playing with the market.

What happened with Doge coin is really a big pump followed by dump. The same happened with Bitcoin, In scenarios like this a newbie would be losing everything because the will fall for the FOMO. This is really sad but this is how the cryptocurrency market works.

It is because they are famous, a words coming from a famous individual is very powerful as it can easily hype a certain currency if they like so the same to what happen to DOGE.

But I am pretty sure that there are still other reasons why DOGE are making a good progress as of this moment aside from the tweets of WSB chairman and Elon Musk. And I am happy for you as you were able to buy DOGE at a lower price and you were able to generate a good profit in this hype by selling your DOGE.
