Im looking for a cold wallet for storing 30k$ XRP Worth, What is your suggestion? I must have access to my private key with cold wallet.
Im not interested to hot wallet and hardware wallet. please don't suggest them.

For what I have know you are basically referring to hardware wallet. Which is your coins is stored on a wallet that doesn't connected to internet and you have the private key I'm pretty sure that the only cold wallet for storing XRP.

You'll get wallets like Coinomi, Exodus or Atomic wallet. Why don't you want to have a hardware wallet? it's the best option that we can suggest to you.
But you said that you don't like it, what could be the reason with that?

Agreed with someone above me and im still storing my XRP on my exodus wallet and im also generating my paper wallet as another alternative solution to get the safest cold wallet for your XRP.
I have been using exodus since a few years ago and i never encounter a serious problem.
I think that you can also try the paper wallet too.

If you’re looking for a reliable cold wallet to store your XRP then make use of Ledger Nano X, for now that’s the best offline storage I can recommend for storing your XRP coins. There is also Trezor but I don’t think they are accepting XRP, so Nano X is a better option to go with.

And by the way, I hope you’re aware of everything that has been happening with XRP before buying it? Because there have been a case filed against them by SEC, and it has been going on for long now. The executives have decided that they are not going down the road of settlement, that they will rather fight it out in court with the SEC. Yes, this is the very definition of a cold wallet, not connected to the internet, so basically a hardware wallet like Trezor and Ledger which supports XRP so that is the best option for now. Was surprise though that the OP is going to hold XRP, we all know that there are lawsuit from SEC. Anyhow, goodluck holding for long term though, because this is how I read the OP's mind.

Personally, I use a wallet to store many coins, including XRP - Exodus.
 
But, you have so much money there, buy a better hardware wallet, it costs $ 50-100, but your coins will always be in a safe place.

why don't you save it yourself on trustwallet or on the blockchain? storage there is very safe. You just need to guard what you have to protect, not involving any party I guess

Don't store your asset without knowledge, a lot of paper wallets out there going to be scams. as I know some members here suggesting using https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (running it offline) but it still had a risk if your pc was uncompromised (please ask it on the  Development and technical board, I still not enough knowledge about that). or better to use a hardware wallet, yes ledger had support XRP

Because I heard Cold wallet and paper wallets are more safe than hardware wallet, there are some risk for hardware wallet also.

try to use trustwallet, i have been using it for more than 1 year and storing various types of coins until now have not experienced any problems. So I think it's a good recommendation, but it's your choice
