It is possible. Instead of exchanging the BTC, and having to wait a few days until the USD/EUR gets deposited to your bank account, you can use Stablecoins. I wouldn't recommend keeping your coins inside Binance (or any other non-custodial exchange though), you should withdraw them to your personal wallet when you're not trading.

I think we are the same purpose to save the value of our coins and to protect it from fluctuation, Actually, I was doing this after my daily day trading session and converted my coins into USDT and I was doing this from 2018 until now and so far I have not encountered any problems I was using Binance since 2017 thats why I trust them. But if you are not involved in trading it is better to convert it into a Stablecoin of your choice and sent it in your own private wallet.

I never want to withdraw to bank account, I just want to protect the money while not trading, cant do kyc or real name,

For example I trade during the day and then I go away from computer i want to place my btc into USD only

Maybe not so clear what i mean

To last poster>

Yes exactly save the value into USDT or Stablecoin(?) , so Binance i can use fake name and no KYC and deposit with core wallet then make BTC into either USDT or Stablecoin?

Yes, using Binance would do the trick and you're not even required to give a name. You have a withdrawal limit of 2 BTC per day (anything above that will require an identity verification.)

And just to clarify, Stalecoin is not a coin's name. Stablecoins are coins that are backed by fiat (see the link I gave above). To name a few: USDT, BUSD, USDC, etc.
