And CZ might be supporting them as well because he allowed to play with them all along.
As others have said, this is comedy gold and probably trying to get into the skin of Wall Street. And it's obvious that the people behind WallStreetBets could be pro-crypto after-all or trying to prove a point by having their so called tokens in front of CMC even for just a short period of time to bring the message across.

Both "Wallstreetbets" and "Teslacoin" are joke by CMC!
No need to take these seriously! The initial wallstreetbets joke was introduced to mimic the "Gametop" share surge incident and now CMC has decided to go ahead with Tesla as well!
CMC is also promoting their Alexandria platform through such jokes! Chill!

Maybe someone didn't get the joke.  Tesla MODEL3 is now on the top CMC list so we can easily monitor the relationship between the price of Tesla's most popular car and bitcoin. At the same time, I think the CMC wants to do an extra promotion for Musk because of the trust he has given by investing in cryptocurrencies. |
