Doge started as a meme but I won't consider this as a shitcoin. I have been using this coin for as long as I remember. Honestly, I was collecting doge from faucets before I knew this forum. This coin has evolved as a useful coin throughout the years. I believe it is one of the most used alts for transfer purposes and yes, a lot of gambling sites are also using doge in their payment system.

The fact that DOGE is accepted by many websites and projects is due solely to the fact that it was created a long time ago and there was not much choice.
As for the latest pump, it came as a surprise because it was made by just one Tweet created on a profile believed to represent the speculative group which made the recent pump of stocks Game Stop on Wall Street.

Thats how those shitcoins suddenly surprise us with these pumps. And just as I thought it will go down that fast after the first bull run, but then dogecoin (that meme coin) proved how strong it is now.  That coin that started as a joke, now flying.

And to think dogecoin surpassed trx price, nothing really is impossible. If is this is the part of the pump group pushing this price but I think alt season is started already.

This coin has been published for a long time. Can it still be said that it is shit coin?

The problem with dogecoin is that there is no active development going on, the developers abandoned the project already a couple of years ago.
I still like DOGE, fast transactions, low fees and accepted in some major gambling websites such as Stake.

I think that those people who joined the pump at the level of 300% -600% are crypto veterans who remember pumps that were able to grow up to several thousand%. Those who joined at the level above 600% are people who are completely new to the cryptocurrency market and did not know what was going on. They only reacted to panic buy like regular sheep to the fact that the whole herd was running in some undefined direction.

That was the signal DOGE will be pump. Like i read too , if people say GME is DOGE and that's what made DOGE pump too. But for reached new ATH in dollars and bitcoin pair, no one would predicted it

The good fact is that, Doge coin has succeeded in rewarding long term holders, because I know that Doge coin being one of the oldest coins which hardly pumps means that a lot of people have been holding, some might even have abandoned their own in different wallets and exchanges not until the pump started that they went to look for theirs, and it was really a good one/experience. Nevertheless, anyone going into Doge coin should be a risk taker who has understood how the market works and most importantly more about Doge, because sooner than later, it will go back to its former state, although it's just speculations but who knows, it might still surprise everyone but yet, it is good to take profit and keep what you can afford to lose.

One of the ancient coins indeed and this had been existing on the market for a while now and it did really surprise all the people who had been here on this market
who are fully aware on how and what Dogecoin is been doing after all the years.

Its price isn't something for you to boast on and its cheap plus having that common usage on gambling and we didn't really expect nor anticipate on what happened

Meme coin is generating very colossal volume and has good exposure in the market, where many people are kept buying this coin. Previously Dogecoin is mostly used in gambling, but now people are keeping it as a long term investment, with recent rally many people made a huge profit.

With these first generations in the crypto market, we have probably been all too familiar with dogecoin, the other brother of Bitcoin and Litecoin since its tough times, they have step by step on the path of development and achieved successes as at present, Dogecoin booms every year are very common, I've never been surprised or worried, the only problem for me is the long wait time. Some newbies seem anxious but they forget that Dogecoin's existence has passed so many seasons, many projects are dead, but the dogecoin remains at peace

Has anyone lost money because of it? Doge brought a lot of money to everyone and I didn't, maybe I was overly skeptical and didn't participate to make a profit in the short term, I agree that it was the wrong decision when doge was x10 And I couldn't do anything more as the witness started to fall .... But it's not a big deal that in this space we have so many more opportunities than doge, and that's coming to me from an investment in XRP, which is indeed very quick.

Technically speaking people who had doge beforehand didn't lose a single cent, only the people who bought at higher levels lost money and they were here for a pump and dump so I can't really feel sorry for them losing money neither, it is totally something I would have expected from this situation. Created for fun is a marketing gimmick.  Doge was created as a scam. But very soon they decided to add big enough tail emission so they make that scam premine irrelevant. Doge is just a normal coin. Just like Bitcoin, Litecoin and 1000 others. Copying Bitcoin.  Nothing fun, nothing meme nothing, ...  A working transparent ledger coin with known issues that such coins have.

I actually see what you say is an undeniable necessity, that it could be that their marketing / sales have done something for purposes that we don't know.

Many traders also got fomo when they enter the market and did not sell right away when price pump. True with just a single tweet it creates hype. This surprise to many crypto enthusiast with the sudden pump of dogecoim. Some wants to push dogecoin to hit $1 but we really don't know yet what will happen in the market.

If only it was a product of natural movements by the community, maybe I can consider its growth as strong.

Anyhow, shill or not, you can play and test the waters there for a profit in return. Just be cautious as anything without a good foundation can be wrecked right away.
