Will Bitcoin reach $50k by the end of 2021?

To be able to predict a price in Bitcoin is something quite difficult, but because the graph gives us inferred information on the volume, knowing how to interpret it gives many clues, of course, a movement that makes a strong hands invalidates all fundamental or technical analysis, But if it is assumed that we are in a world where there is a fundamental called Covid-19 and the price has risen to $ 42k, just thinking that this virus is eradicated, the market can react even going above $ 50k.

Same here, 2021 will be the peak, what we have seen late 2020 is just the start of the eventual bull run this year. So it will take some time to reach $50k but definitely we are in the right direction. Of course there will be a lot of bumps, going to be a lot of test along the way. But $50k is doable this year, we might surpassed it in the first quarter alone of this year.

I do agree that 2021 will be the peak. In 2017 we were already at around 700 dollars when we started the year, the previous peak was around 1400 dollars, we broke over that easily like it was nothing and that wasn't even our ATH at the time, by the end of 2017 we reached as much as 20k from the previous 1400 peak.

Now don't get me wrong I am not expecting bitcoin to be 15x higher than 20k which is about 300k, that would be insane and too much, however I believe we are going to be over 40k as well for sure. My estimates show 65k because that would be around the same price as some big stock markets and that would be good, however for us to reach there we need another bull rally and I do not know when that will happen.

Dont let your emotions dragged you into exaggeration of things because you are seeing the current situation of the market.We might be hitting almost 40k but doesnt mean
that we would be shooting continously into those heights, though we are still on the 1st quarter of this year which means there are still tendency for it to happen
but you should expect that this one would really be a very bumpy ride and wont really be a smooth sailing one.Expect the unexpected because we wont know
on what would be the things that we might face up ahead. $50k seems realistic though for this year but talking about $100k? it is way too much for myself to believe
on but it would great if it does happen.

Upper line begin  from 16k usd, lower c.a. 25k, both was good support, until January 21th, now was acting as resistance, and once again we failed to broke it ..

in the crypto world anything can happen, the numbers will change quickly just because of a tweet. $ 50k or $ 100k might just be a quick hit. Bitcoin certainly has the power to be able to reach this price, it is possible that in the next few days or weeks there will be drastic changes.

Couldn't agree more with you, mate. Anything can happen in crypto land. After all, it behaves in strange and bizarre ways. Coins that were once forgotten, are now starting to gain traction. Dogecoin was meant to be a "joke", but people are now starting to use it as a serious investment. A positive comment from a prominent figure in the mainstream world, has a profound effect over a cryptocurrency's market direction. Elon Musk's positive reactions to Dogecoin, and the recent "GameStop craze", has made the "meme coin" soar towards new heights. Bitcoin will also experience new gains in price as more people are starting to jump into the crypto/Blockchain bandwagon. We're still in a bull market, so it's likely Bitcoin will reach $50k before the end of the year.

No matter what happens in the future with Bitcoin's price, there's no denying that it'll be here to stay. The decentralized and censorship-resistant nature of Bitcoin will keep it going for many generations. As I always say, 1 Bitcoin will always be equal to 1 Bitcoin no matter what. If you forget about prices relative to Fiat, you'll notice that Bitcoin is stable enough to be used for daily payments. In the crypto/Blockchain world, Bitcoin should be used as a unit of account instead of Fiat. But human greed is inevitable, leading most people to speculate on it instead of using it seriously as an alternative to the current monetary system. Sometimes charts tell us more  about reality then reality itself
If you are  very good in TA you can see "news" do not distort what  happens on chart
And I heard that was a research claiming that charts help predict future prices than fundamental analysis (have to find  source )

Comparing the price appreciation after the last three halvings, this one is in the middle of 2013 and 2017 halvings.
Casually the projection fits quite well also his model.

The part I agree a lot is that bitcoin is a long term deal and that is the key here, will we hit 50k by the end of the year or not? I can't guarantee any answer, but will we hit 50k one day?

I 100% guarantee you that one day bitcoin will be 50k. That is the kind of thing bitcoin is, it will always be higher and higher in the future someday, of course we do not know when and how it will happen but we know it will happen and that is the key here, if you believe that bitcoin could go up eventually that means you should buy bitcoin, sure there could be some drop that makes a better entry point but it doesn't matter in the end because you are going to make a profit no matter where you buy, if someone gave me bitcoin at 50k right now (I wouldn't buy it because there are cheaper out there lol) I know that even that will profit in the future because it always go up, without exception.

At the current Bitcoin price everyone trust Bitcoin, everyone wants to HODL but you still have to moderate your greed, there should be a point where you have to sell for profit, or to get back your seed investment, holding to much can lead you to a big loss, this is what happens to those who HODL after the last all time high of 2017.

The BTC price has been dumped to $5000 not a long time ago and since that day I accumulated the satoshis I got from various freelance tasks. The ATH price is around $45k and the new higher high price is possible if the market goes crazy in the next quarter of 2021. I don't think the price will fall down fast if the BTC price can hold $30000 level. Let's see what the crypto market will bring to us this year. It seems that Bitcoin will be heading to $50k faster than we could imagine. Elon Musk's recent behavior towards Bitcoin and Dogecoin has made the market soar towards new heights. We've entered the "hype cycle" as people gain the "FOMO" sentiment. If this keeps up, Bitcoin could hit $100k by the end of the year. Be aware though, what goes up, has to go down one way or another. We should expect market correction after the "crypto drama" ends in the mainstream world. It would be wise to sell some Bitcoin now, to buy more coins when prices start going down the drain. I believe BTC will head back to $20k once the hype is over.

Nonetheless, nothing is set in stone. Bitcoin's price is largely determined by the people. There's no regulating entity in charge of it. Prices can go either up or down depending on people's interest in the cryptocurrency. What matters is not the price per coin, but its usefulness for daily payments. I'd say Bitcoin does its job well as a decentralized financial system for anyone, anywhere in the world. As long as it stays that way, nothing else matters. Who knows how much Bitcoin will be worth in the future? Just my thoughts
