Hi,

Im thiniking about mining ETH.

Can I still mine it with this gpu: 8GB ASRock Radeon RX 570 Phantom Gaming?

minerstat.com says that there could be a problem with dag size.

Yes 8gb should mine 30-32mhs.
Without BIOS mod? That's not going to be possible without a bios modding, I have few rx580 that I still can't flash BIOS because the cards lacks bios switch on them, if I screw up there won't be any easy way to recover back to Stock

What?  Save the bios first.  So what it doesnt have a switch...and even if you didnt save it techpowerup has pretty much every stock bios in exitense available for dl. 

If it bricks they are recoverable...plenty of how to out there.

You fear the unknown but this is not unknown...just unknown to you...get to googling.

Yes you can, dag size problem for 4g cards

Yes you can, dag size problem for 4g cards
lol.

We have already talked about this many times. Update your video card drivers and read how to set up your video card using the straps in the Phoenix Miner.
Old drivers gave an error when working with a DAG file larger than 4 GB.
BIOS flashing will be the best action, but using straps you can get 27-28 MH
