We've just posted our full Rocketpot review and found some interesting points to share. While we liked the fact that there are many games to choose from (over 2,700 so far), we feel the absence or the removal of its provably fair games is a missed opportunity, especially since Rocketpot accepts six cryptocurrencies. We also noticed that its live chat support is not functioning and got word that communication with their customer support has become challenging. Do you agree with these? And in your opinion how can Rocketpot improve and become a better crypto casino?

if the game came from top providers you can assure that it was still fair but if not i wont easily trust it and i will prefer the old provably fair games that they have but if players will react and request the original games maybe they will return it back .
 comunicating with their support wont that been hard if the live chat is not broken but we can also request to fixed it and they must approved it because live chat is important on every casinos .
 i feel confident playing in a casino if i know that i can easily contact the support because problems are unexpected to happen

I do not know about the customer service right now but I went through their site and did move around a little. It's impressive to see that they have 57 bitcoins game providers which is a very good thing. They have like 2600 slot games according to them , this is honestly good if something like that is there. But then again you did say that their customer support service is not working properly then I do think that they have to work on that before anything else since for me I would only choose a casino where the customer support team is not only active 24*7 but also have good reviews. I did play the rocket game but not on this particular casino and it's honestly a lot of fun. There are so many small games that I wanna try there.

Yes honestly I did bother the casino live chat agents a lot for small small doubts , it might have been minor but they did reply instantly which was legit so good. Therefore I do believe they have to bring back the option! Then only players would go back.

I guess the provably fair games weren't that successful so they moved to third party providers. I've never played on their site but I remember checking them a few times and they didn't have much players. I agree removing the provably fair games for good is definitely a missed opportunity since their crash was unique with the triple jackpots and they also had the bankroll investments which is becoming rare now that other casinos are closing their bankroll from the public.

The casino looks very nice, they have a good cashback and ''chest'' bonuses. BUT! I didnt get my winnings a few times, I wrote on a support and they even didnt bother to reply, nor to return my crypto back! I dont know what should I think about this casino.. So you do talk about https://rocketpot.io/. I havent crossed to play on this website but when i do surf it out then this isnt a bad looking one compared into those rushed-created gambling sites

I guess it's a legit site, I remember they once run a signature campaign in the forum but that was a short one, so to verify I search and I found their sig thread and their ANN thread. Looking at the site, the UI looks great and I love the fact that OP's profile has a positive trust although not directly related to the gambling operation.

Anyway, I'm gonna check the site and explore it a bit, thanks for the review.

The site looks interesting. Having so many gambling games can attract people to play one by one of the games and feel the difference and experience to play on each game. I see the site accepts 6 coins, which can be good for gamblers to deposit on the coin they like. But when I read on their FAQ, I don't see how much the minimum amount for each coin we can send. Perhaps, they need to write it on that page since I think they forget to do that. The site is optimized for iOS and Android, so I guess we can play each game everywhere we want.

haven't had any experience with their gambling site since it's my first time hearing it but I might try it in the future once I have an excess fund for trying out gambling site I haven't heard.

regarding your website. I think it would nice to be able to access the gambling through a link without being forced to register first.

I played there long time ago when the rocket game (crash) is still available. It used to be a nice place to play but seems that there is something bad on going on the site recently. There is someone complaining that he cant make a withdrawal and there is no responses from the admin on the ANN thread. Anyone who are willing to try the site, better to wait till the issue is fixed first. Otherwise, it can be very risky if their withdrawal system does not work as it should be.
