I'm mining Ethereum right now with phoenix miner and I'm seeing few share rejected, not most times but some times, is this normal or there is something wrong with my setup? I'm using a RX580 and few gtx1660

My rule of thumb has been if it's under 1% on the pool stats you should be fine.

If it's more than that you may need to select a pool closer to you or turn down your overclock a bit!

My rule of thumb has been if it's under 1% on the pool stats you should be fine.

If it's more than that you may need to select a pool closer to you or turn down your overclock a bit!

Shares rejection can happen once in a while when mining but if it becomes too constant then you have overclocked too high, actually I see better shares been solved when using a graphic card that aren't overclocked, some times overclocking don't make sense

there is too many reason for rejected shares
OC
pool
bad internet
even bad riser.
as long as it is below 2% it is fine. it is better 0%. Ethermine.org very clean 0% rejects.

Stale < 1% Invalid 0%  Is the way i prefer my mining.

Have been more active lately instead of just lurking since I am gearing up to move to a state with cheaper power rates which excites me to no end!!!!  Grin
