There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

haha yeah, i thought of a few things that no other escrow service is doing, but i'll announce those features after they're implemented. for now, it's just a simple-to-use site, so people have one more choice.

So did we get any clarification on the dispute process? I may be in need of an Escrow service shortly and certainly would like the fine details nutted out before going ahead. Ta

Ta sorry i haven't worked on this site at all recently. i'm happy to mediate any disputes that may arise; that could be done via email or on this forum.
