Learn at any time: To put it completely, make good use of the scattered time to take pictures of the book on the mobile phone. My passing the law test has a lot to do with this, because I take the subway for about 1.5 hours a day, which I did every day for 7 months.

The knowledge points that have not been solved are recorded at hand.
I have this attitude back when college time , That i am hand written all the things that comes to my mind to add as idea of life.
I even become a song and poem writer back in the days as my habit of writing becomes an inspiration for others, but sad to say that after those days ? i slowly losing the habit and now i am so lazy in writing .

Mine ?i just take a Nap when time that i felt like my mind is too full to accumulate more ideas.

And it helps a lot , I even find my self open for more and more things whenever there is a rest that i got.

Try to nap even when you are in office for at least 5-10 mins that is more enough to restore our mind freshness.

Not all of us can concentrate for too long and in between you just need to take a small break so that when are you doing something there is a complete focus and attention on it. This just helps you to concentrate 100% during that time and also in between breaks helps you refresh and have some sort of relax time for yourself.

I want to know how everyone learns efficiently. I often can’t concentrate and how can I improve this situation.

The best for learning is repetition in my opinion. Instead of learning twice per week for 2 hours, I would recommend to learn everyday for 30 minutes. The brain needs to see patterns to fully memorise and learn something. The older we get the harder it is to learn new things and concentrate. Also we need to find out when is the best time to learn for us. Some learn better in the morning and some in the evening.

Yes, sometimes it happens to me that I can't concentrate. Just ask yourself a question - do you need what you are doing? Because sometimes our brain turns off when we are not interested in something or when we do not understand why we are doing it.

Goals in learning is not specified because we must learn more in our own experiences so why Need to have a goal?
Nope we must take note that when we are in our daily living learning comes continuously .
Learning should pay attention to work and rest. Lenin once said: people who don't rest will not work. After the fatigue of Einstein, he will take a violin to blow a few songs. When Max felt tired in the study, he draws the excitement area of the brain. Work and rest will greatly increase learning efficiency.
That's good quote mate, rest is what people needs and of course work.
