To get out of your own thinking, do not judge yourself first, analyze your bad habits rationally. Face her, you have the opportunity to change her. When you don't have responsibilities to carry on your shoulder, its just going to be fine. But if you have kids and a wife and its your wife who does everything wearing pants, you're going to have a problem. In less than a month your wife is going to kick your ass out of your house.

But if you have time to chase because you are already 18 years old and have yet to prove something and still living in your mom's house, you really have a problem.
Its all within your though anyone can change either gradually or all of a sudden that's your business.

At first, I didn't realize that procrastination was my bad habit. It wasn't until my bad habit affected my work progress and my boss criticized me that I realized how impressed I was by procrastination. In order to break a bad habit, one must first recognize the existence of the bad habit, either by helping you find it, or by slowly "hitting the wall".

In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
Would you share your Work ? is this a Physical job or just a online work? i think this depends on your daily activity and your focus .

- Are you happy with your work?

- Do you eat healthy foods?

- Does your Blood circulation is normal ?

these question is frequently the reason for having a not normal sleeping habit.

"Survival in the Wilderness" is my favorite movie. There is no one. Maybe it represents the highest spiritual realm in my life. I abandon everything to find myself and live the life I long for. This movie is a very controversial movie. People who like it especially like it, and people who hate it can't understand it. What it pursues is a very high spiritual realm that ordinary people cannot reach, and people with different concepts cannot understand it. I am a person who loves nature very much and I have longed for a life like Robinson. But this is unrealistic after all. Maybe I still haven't reached that state. I can't abandon the love of me and the people I love, can't give up material life, can't resist the temptation of desire.

Sometimes stress can also affect your sleep, so you have to maintain a good mood.

Stress not o pay effects sleep but in long term can effect our health as well and because of bad mood it impacts relationship as well since no body would like to be with person who is not positive or just keep complaining or always under stress . One has to overcome this either by starting meditation or following some hobby and doing that which makes you happy and this will help to destress yourself .

If you find yourself being more tired through out the day and you are sleeping longer it might be a thing with the food you are eating. Do you focus on healthy food? If not, it might be the case that you are missing some vitamins or minerals. Especially during winter we need to focus much more on our eating habits. Maybe you could check with a doctor and get a blood screening, just to be sure you are not missing anything.

Probably you are bored from your work and don't care so much.. This is why you are thinking how to get home and took a nap, the nap become sleep, you wake up the next day and you must go again to this job, and again, and again,...
Try something excitement outside the job, I think this will increase your motives for not sleeping, for the work idk..

Go see a doctor, don't go for self medication.. but you need energy drinks and proper diet for a start.. I don't know much anyway.. this is just my little contribution..

I think you need to make your sleep effective. do you dream a lot or you wake up in the middle of your sleep? or you grow bored with your work and become not interested?
