Unfortunately you will have to wait for Batch 2. We will probably start that at the end of March after we have verified the first Batch boards. We should be able to quickly ramp up and meet demand then.
You can sign up at the form on futurebit.io and get notified when a new batch is released.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

BTW, how is it with USB hashing board. I have PC-box running 24/7 - it already does a lottery mining with few newpacs. Is it possible do to the same with APOLLO miner hashing board? how is it controlled then? another modified cgminer version or something?

thanks, unfortunately I'm from Poland. I'll wait for batch 2. I'm also waiting to get 2way meter installed for my new little Solar installation. no such rush. then I need to find out how how much energy is produced to decide what I can keep running as a lottery, either regular mining of other coins  thanks anyway . |

Going to send out an update email this week. All components and materials are on order and no major delays currently. Hashboards will probably start production and testing next week. We do have a shortage on the wifi chip for our controller, but trying to resolve ASAP. This might push full node unit shipping into May, but well know better by the end of the month. |

Can’t wait for mine, ordered the full unit and 3 standalone ones. Planning on utilizing the several server PSUs I have laying around, so going without the psus saved me around $300.
Hope it’s as easy as just plugging in the usb cable and having all 4 units hash.

Yea most pools offer at least a .0005 min BTC payout, but that would still take nearly a year with one hashboard. Solution to get that down to .0001 or lower is pretty simple and already in some talks to make it happen. But yes the minimum time horizon anyone should expect a payout is at least month, which obviously halves with each hashboard you add.
This could be solved if there were any pools offering payouts using LN or other L2 payment solutions. Not to mention you cant compare the two since one needs industrial power
It's still within bounds of home-based power although summers won't be fun without A/C. |
