Reputation board - rules&guidelines?

I'm still learning and discovering stuff on this forum, can someone create a sticky thread about the role of this Reputation category and the common sense rules?
Or better synopsis for the Reputation board's details in Trading Discussion sub-board.

Sledging and slander Vs admonishing and decrys of foul play are the usual fair in the repution section. At least it is for those DT 1 Trolls that see themselves as gang members trolling the back alleys with their keyboards at the ready.

There are no specific rules and guidelines for the Reputation board.

Opinion, entity, evaluation, behavior, performance, mechanism, spontaneous, efficient, aggressive, social control, action, accusation, fraud, lying, adultery, cleaning, forgery.

All you can get in the Reputation Section, you just watch and enjoy what happens, All that has ever happened to the community on the Bitcointalk forum.

What to say: in basic guidelines.
• don't accuse.
• do not lie.
• do not be rude.
• don't slander.
• don't break the rules.
• do not take other members' property.

What to say in the basic guidelines Reputation, here are no rules, Reputation of prison for criminals, Reputation of place where punishment for criminals is in this forum.
