I think it's because DOGE is a based meme coin, so he's trolling for fun/joke only.

But well people is too serious about his tweet, so many peoples are take the advantages of the hype since they think Elon Musk (the richest person) is believe on DOGE.

I almost agree with you, many people have the wrong perception with everything, it does not mean that tweet he defends the doge coin hard, he could be joking by writing it because coins are widely known as meme coins

To be honest I can't stop thinking, why would anyone be affected by what Elon Musk tweeted, should they know that it will be a momentary pump and will harm some people.

But for now, I see that many people have benefited a lot by entrusting Dogecoin tokens for investment,
because the price is extremely expensive when compared to two days ago.

There are sellers of course there are buyers, indeed the biggest trading risk is loss.  I personally feel sorry, for people who buy at a high price, because that's just a word from someone.  The increase in the price of the doge was not triggered by the function of the doge coin itself but was simply a "joke."  Excuse my personal opinion.

And the possibility the Elon is also buying doge is very high. This is I think the major reason why he was tweeting about bitcoin and doge in the recent days.

Tesla is a big company and of course hearing the news about their investment in bitcoin in my opinion this is a little crazy, lol so immediately the pump happened BTC and DOGE, is this really going to continue so that it is even more sustainable for the current price of DOGE?
This is only 10%, how some of the basic Tesla money this year is indeed a little crazy, I'm happy to see the market moving on longer than its previous history.

Doge is just a joke coin and I think that Elon Musk tasted his influence on people. This man just told us that troll coin is a great choice and people quickly invested in it, i.e. this man showed himself to the world that he can make psychologically invaluable thing a valuable one. Doge had an 800% rise in price very quickly, that's a shame. This clearly shows that people follow others blindly. I love the fact that Doge had rise in price and even Bitcoin had a rise today after Tesla invested in Bitcoin but at the same time it's a very sad fact.
Imagine, if satoshi would create fake account and say on bitcointalk that Doge is a great coin, everyone would ignore it, even if it was backed by very strong arguemnts.

So far I see several tweet by Elon Musk only with Doge coin and bitcoin, there are not any tweet about other coin and I think Elon just care with coins without have the owner, maybe if tweet other coin and have the owner but the last become scam by lower price maybe Elon look not funny because become promoting with scam coin project, never have any tweet by Elon musk discussing with other altcoin except doge and bitcoin.

It is not a "very stable coin" as you have seen in the last 1 week, it is the least stable coin you could find because it moves like crazy whenever there is a pump, and this is not the first time Elon ever pumped a coin, we have seen him pump Doge before as well, this time around he pumped BTC with it as well. However no matter how awesome the community is, how Elon pumps and shills for it, and however the hell reason it went up, we can definitely say that it is not a stable one at all, it is very volatile and it is evident from the increase.

The only thing that makes dogecoin good is the type of people that invest into it, it is not the same serious and "I want to make money asap!!" type of crowd, it is the joking around crowd which means they are not really after getting rich by buying dogecoin, they just want to take part in the fun everyone is having and that is a good reason to go up.

It has been a while Elon Musk shill for DOGE and that's what happened today again. 2 tweets from Elon Musk. Both were interesting. But I don't get the exact reason of his shilling behind the shilling. He once said he only owns 0.25 BTC which his friend gifted him long ago.

No on knows on whats the actual thing behind with these shills but we do know as the richest man of the world would make out significant impact into its price.

Just to look on what happened in the market when they do decide up to buy a billion worth of Bitcoin which did really make out some price bump on bitcoin itself.

Doge is still moving though and whatever reason it is, neither personal or what.This is really a good situation for those who had baghold DOGE for a very long time.
Their waiting had paid off since this meme coin did really move out.
