Now I can't get to my coinbase wallet. I only had $100 in it and 1st time trying
to invest. Can I get another coinbase wallet just like I had? Now I had the 2nd authentation
for that wallet. Is that information I can use again?. It's been really confusing and I have been trying
to figure how to go about this since June 6. I want to learn this investing but I need help.

What does mean word phrase on coinbase? I have been using coinbase for a long time as my cashout wallet. But I hadn't found anything like that. Are you talking about 2FA? Your post isn't clear and is quite complicated to understand the problem. Coinbase is a custodial wallet and doesn't require a word phrase. What's wrong with your old wallet? Anyway, you are able to create a new account by fresh email id. But I will discourage to do that. Rather than I will suggest using a noncustodial wallet or a hardware wallet. I will refer you to read this thread to compare wallets. Choose the best wallet for you from there and don't use any web wallets. Keep secure your seed phrase, so you will never lose your assets. Just don't invest your valuable assets on any scam sites.

OP is probably referring to Coinbase wallet.
The coinbase wallet is different from their exchange. It's a noncustodial wallet and supports BIP39 mnemonic phrase. The coinbase wallet is available on Google Play and App Store.

Hmm, I didn't knew that Coinbase has word phrase, I thought that it's just an account wallet and password.

Is your first Coinbase account verified and you passed on KYC? If you do, you can contact the support and tell them that you have forgotten your account but you were able to verify it with your identity.

But if you are okay with the 2nd account, check their terms and read if there is no conflict about it.

Before you could see it? does that mean you didn't manage to save it? then it's a lost case. It's their non-custodial wallet so it means even coinbase has no access to your funds, hence won't be able to help you.

It's a different case if you saved in a text file or something, you can try to see if a data recovery software would work. Also if your file manager has the recycle bin enabled since some of them has it enabled by default.

Luckily you only had 100$ on that wallet. The 12 words phrase (seed) is the only way to recover your wallet.
Potato Chips is right. Without the seed, even Coinbase's customer support can't help you recover your wallet:
Coinbase Wallet generates a 12-word recovery phrase, known as a ‘seed', that you and only you have access to. This means that if you lose your recovery phrase, you will lose access to your Coinbase Wallet.

Can I get another coinbase wallet just like I had? Now I had the 2nd authentation
for that wallet.
Yes, you can create as many wallets as you want but always remember to back up your seeds.

Hmm, I didn't knew that Coinbase has word phrase, I thought that it's just an account wallet and password.
They now have a dedicated mobile wallet which is noncustodial - https://wallet.coinbase.com
The other one you know about which can also be used to quickly buy and sell crypto is still custodial - https://www.coinbase.com
