Hello.

I have problem with new S19 and S19 Pro asic. After start asic was get error REG_TYPE = 1 and stop mining. But if i plug only one hashboard, at any slot, any plce it work. If more than one hashboard i always get this error. What to do?

Have you recently update this to the latest firmware? They recently released a new version just yesterday.
So if you still not updated yet to the latest version try to update it to the latest firmware released.

I heard someone from bitmain forum that they solve this by updating it to the latest firmware and some of them flash with SD card image.

Their latest firmware can be found here https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Antminer%20S19%20Pro

Sounds like a PSU related issue, what is the voltage you feeding the power supply of?

Keep in mind that while the latest firmware might fix it, it will be a lot harder to get rid of it, i heard that someone already found a way to uninstall the stock firmware and there is no confirmation on that yet, the latest firmware would in theory be even more difficult assuming they patched the first one.

I've tried everything. I've updated the firmware, tried different power supplies, different control boards, etc. Nothing helps.

All of this is irrelevant if the voltage is outside of the 200-240v range, you mentioned that it works just fine with a single board plugged in, which also suggests that the PSU isn't capable of running all 3 hash boards, this is either caused by a bad PSU or bad voltage, since you tried different PSUs then it's most likely voltage issue.

He did not work well at his workplace, I carried out diagnostics in my other two laboratories, where I replaced power supplies and boards.

Have you tried to replace the cables? If you have an extra miner try to replace the cable from hashboard to the control board also check the power terminal and maybe those sockets are burnt/damaged.

This parts:

And physically check the hash board and maybe there are some loose heatsinks that's why it runs in a few minutes then stop.

I suggest you if it's still under warranty contact Bitmain directly about your issue it might be a hardware issue related to the hash board (It might be defective).

BitMaxz, seems like you did not disassemble any of the new bitmain shitty gears, the 6pin cable design is long gone, and probably will never return, they now use a busbar like style, you basically have two metal pieces of + - that are directly attached to the hashboards (pain in the butt to take out on the S17 pro version), sometimes if the screws are a bit lose it will cause a hashboard not to run and report 0 Asics especially the one to the most right where torque (if that is the correct term) is at it's lowest, but most certainly doesn't seem like the problem which OP is facing.
