Thank you!

If you're not planning on swapping like more thanBTC1+, then you'll be fine using Binance.com as they don't(at least for now) require KYC for smaller cryptocurrency exchanging.
But yea, if you want to be a lot more sure that you wouldn't need to submit KYC, Bisq is probably the way to go. It's just that depending on the coin you're planning on exchanging into, there might be liquidity problems or there might not be buy/sell offers at all especially if the coin/token you need isn't that popular.

If you want to swap less than <3BTC daily, many exchanges don't require KYC for crypto <> crypto transactions:
1. Binance 2. MXC 3. BitForex and many more.
If you insist on using Bisq or Atomex, Bisq is better but the volume and liquidity are miserable on both.

If I don't miss something, swap can charge you higher fee or the spread of price for swap is bigger than trading. If you are not mind of personal secret, would I ask you why do you want to swap? If you use Binance, you can buy altcoins directly with bitcoin you have as taker or maker. I am sure you will get better price and have more number of altcoin with same amount of BTC than swap On Binance, it is Convert, not swap: https://www.binance.com/en/convert6. Are there any trading fees? We do not charge any fees on OTC trades. However, there will be a spread (if you are buying, our prices will be above the market price. If you are selling, our price will be below the market price).

Bisq is my fave. It has many pairs and code is maintained by good people. There are some restrictions though, like trade limits per trade and you have to deposit minimum amounts for security reasons.

OK, thank you everyone for your answers and your help: I really appreciate it. SRin1Week Close this thread since you do already got some answers and able to convince or answered it out. Back on topic about Bisq and Atomex then i dont have any experience without Atomex ever since but on Bisq i do able to taste it up on how this platform works. When it comes to no KYC then Binance 2btc/limit per day would really be enough. and just like on what others been saying here is that it is much more worth to use on that on the other market location.DEX is good but there are circumstances or features where CEX can only give out that one.

I heard Bisq but not Atomex, but I never use them both. Because I'd rather use Binance, Probit, Bitforex, compared these two anyway. At least with the 3 exchange that I had mentioned in the above I could say it has a higher chances that your coins are safe compared to the other platform even you need to pass KYC and activate your 2FA.

How can a centralized exchanges who has control of your coins is better rather than the decentralized exchanges that didn't hold your coins? Also Bitforex is suck since it's knownly have fake trading volume and scam in the past [1] Bitforex is scam exchange[2] Bitforex is SCAM!!![3] Bitforex is Scam!

If you mind KYC, beware of Binance, i have been asked mandatory KYC one year ago, after about one year i was using it. Even though my volume has been very very low since the beginning. So they probably ask you KYC as well, even if you have low volume. I would go for Bisq, and try to put your Limit order in the middle between Bid and Ask to match the right price, and wait a few days.

Hello,
I want to swap some BTC to altcoins without doing KYC
Hello the best choice is safepal. You can deposit your bitcoin there and swap it to different altcoins and what is more good is its supporting a lot of coins and tokens under different blockchain. Truly a cross chain dex and also a non custodial. Also non KYC and you hold your own keys. Check out my thread about safepal. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5310317.msg56123368#msg56123368

I would like to add that all platforms that do not require identity verification do not mean that they are decentralized. Likewise, not all platforms that claim to be decentralized are, in fact, decentralized. For small volume altcoin trading, use Binance with a reliable VPN with a dedicated IP address. If you want to convert to cash, it is better to use Bisq or P2P.
Atomic swap are scam and most of them are centralized.

Never tried atomex but bisq is quite good and has been around for a few years now (used to be called something else forgot), I only know localcryptos other than this that has also a good reputation. As hugeblack says above, I don't trust atomic swaps. Prefer to use p2p platforms. Can check this list I just found too:) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5224711.40
