Hey all, not really new to using Armory but feel like this is a n00b problem.

I have a wallet with an address to which I sent some bitcoins, the transaction has been confirmed (Blockchain info: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/16M3E7SYUUrrA1zfmsWPxMAhJf9aYp8zA4 ). The wallet is good as I have other unspent change in it. For some reason, though, Armory still sees that address as unused. I've tried importing the wallets to Electrum (I see someone else recommend that as a possible solution to someone else) with no luck (Electrum won't recognize any of the Armory wallets).

I've tried rescanning/rebuilding, I've resynced the entire blockchain. I don't know what else to do.

How did you import your wallet into electrum?
The only way to do so is to export your private keys from Armory and import them into electrum.
Check following steps to see whether you did something wrong.

For exporting your private keys from Armory,
- Go to "wallet properties" and select "backup this wallet.
- In the new window, check "Export Key Lists" and then click on the button at bottom of the window.
- You will see list of all addresses belonging to your wallet with their private keys. (Your private keys are in the front of PrivBase58 and below their corresponding addresses.)

For importing your wallet into electrum,
- Create a new wallet and select "Import bitcoin addresses or private keys.
- In the new window, enter all your private keys using the format below.

If your addresses start with 1 --->  p2pkh: Your private key
If your addresses start with 3 ---> p2wpkh-p2sh: Your private key
If your addresses start with bc1 ---> p2wpkh: Your private key

Thanks, I tried using the seed phrase and failing that directly importing the wallets. I'll give your method a go.

Armory doesn't support seed phrase.
What you used for exporting your wallet from Armory was probably your root key. Don't get it wrong with a seed phrase.

A seed phrase is a list of meaningful words (usually 12 or 24 words).
Armory's root key is a series of random letters.

Note that, Armory's root key is not compatible with other wallets and can be used only in Armory.

You're right. I figured it couldn't hurt anything by trying.

You can see a pictorial guide for exporting keys here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4746784.msg43255691#msg43255691

Note that "show unused" is important, as otherwise Armory will only show the private keys to the addresses that it thinks are "used", which could be a problem in your particular case! Also, as mentioned in that guide, if you know the specific address you're trying to extract the coins from, you can check the "Show Address" option and then hunt for that specific address/key so you can import just that one.

Note: DON'T copy the "PrivBase58:" text when you're copying pasting the keys into Electrum... you only want the 51 or 52 characters that start with "5", "K" or "L".
