Create tokens and apps are different. With tokens, you can fork and create your token from open-sourced code. You can not fork applications.

If you ask this question, you are not qualified to create your ERC20 token. There are many of them and they were create to steal money people, and I don't think the market need more especially from blockchain newbies.
