Luckyfish banning unnecessarily for whatever reason.

So I was innocently playing at luckyfish and I got chat banned for saying good luck to all. Ban reason for spamming chat with 1 word. I confronted the issue with support and got told I would be banned longer for trolling. What bull crap is this ?

Then why create new account just to Post this issue? What's the main intention of this post anyway ? you have just Banned in chatting so move on .. It is their Site they have their own rules .
They did not scam anything to you , maybe their Bot is malfunctioning or in other reason .
But the way i see it ? they have accused of of having other account because you copied the word above you though i am not sure bout this and also this is not a Big deal for me actually .
i lose nothing from Chat ban and there are thousand of sites here in Internet , i won't push myself in some site that don't deserve me.

But honestly speaking there's no need to take serious about this case since you're not get scammed or loss anything. Do you have huge holdings left on your account on their platform? If you do so, then you must risk confronting their Support for this matter -- providing your evidences such as screenshots.

Also, do you ever bother searching first on a reputation of some platform before engaging onto it? I've seen that there was already an accusation to Luckyfish years ago^[1]. I don't know if you are really a newbie as I see you've posted straight onto gambling section without further reading what should really be posted in here. Better read the accusation - it also says that the platform requires users to chat and be active on their chat feature -- which if was true, would already say that it is a scam.

If you troll in the chat, you will only be banned in the chat and that too for temporary time period. So you misunderstood this and check if you can still access your account and withdraw your amount. Secondly i have not heard any good feedback about Luckyfish site so why you choose to play on this site when there are plenty more trusted sites available ?

These accusations are enough to answer OP's Issue ,the Site/Team are reacting too fast because of their scammy behavior so anything that triggers their Bot will surely be banned .
they are preventing any small talks that will comes out about their scams that is why they are very defensive in those words even though there are means nothing.

Good advice to Took out all your funds OP and find more secure and legit sites than pushing with this one .

Second, I made this post to share an experience, I had deposited on LF a time or two, will never ever do it again.

you can always just go somewhere else, luckyfish isn't the only casino around.  you don't have to throw threats to them about being posted here all because you are banned.

lucky for you if you don't have funds there for you will have a hard time fighting for it if you have. most if not all casino will normally just ban you if you are not going to contribute good in their chatbox. i can see they have few accusations here already, somehow people will be on your side.

it is definitely bull, but what's the point of posting it here? chat ban happens for stupid reasons on different gambling sites.  also, you should have handled the situation properly instead of threatening by posting it on bitcointalk as if posting something so trivial as this chat banning would do something to their already bad reputation on this forum. no offence but on the chat with the support, I'd say you're being an ass so the extended chat ban is well deserved. and besides, there are better gambling sites than luckyfish.io why even play there?

Then go elsewhere where you are comfortable but avoid trolling on the chat. There really are moderators that are filtering the chat box to avoid indecent talks towards other members and they try to avoid irritating each other. Or they don't just like the way you communicate and use the chat box with others.

Anyhow, it is what it is, lessons learned.

You have the option to use other casinos and be decent in the chatbox to avoid what's done.

The thing is He was banned for saying such as " GoodLuck To All" , not twice but once mentioned and that's why OP is angry because that is not punishable by anything.

If you are delivering Fraud or something in related then that's fine but with that word? sounds very funny , there are some instance that there are Flood going on when you are sending same words multiple times but in this case ? even me can't believe that this is a issue.

Just because of the few words they will ban the user? I really believe the punishment that they had given to Azlacan is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I've seen people getting banned on chat rooms because they are spamming, sending links, or sending words that are rude, but those users just got banned to the chat room for a while, their accounts are not banned, so they still can play but can't participate on chats.
It's worst if they confiscated the balance of the user.

Yeah that's why  Mentioned about the conversation above that OP's Photo , maybe there is a roots in regards to that Single Word banning and if not then this Site is a BS and not to be supported by the community because this is a legit meaning of abuse of authority or Power tripping .

maybe they are losing and they don't want you to say that because they are going to lose more, but I don't think that post is worth to be called spam, I always say that to my friends who are making a bet though not on a chat.

Their gambling platform their rule, if you feel that it is not fair then go and move to other platforms. Besides someone posted already a lot of scam accusations against them.

Thank you for the warning though, and probably this will just highlighted how bad their platform is.
