It's good to buy with small amounts of money
It doesn't have a very strong fundamental but at least this one is not yet pumped on binance. There will always be a possibility for streamr data to be pumped soon.

Look at the monthly chart and it's still growing slowly. I don't even think this platform will be used by a lot of people in the future. People are focusing their minds on the finance platform.

Aside from use case. You need to consider other parameters such supply, and look why the demand go down. There are lots of factors on buying a coin or tokens. If this Ticker is data on Binance then it must be a good project. I'm sure Binance wouldn't list a very low key project on their exchange. I've seen this before got some movement but not really into their concept type of blockchain use case.

Unless this project has been moved by whales. Mostly they are strolling on projects to project and pumping some tokens. But that's not healthy approach.

If the price has been going down over time, then what caused it should be the main concern, is it market reactions or is the fault from the team, maybe they are no longer living or working up to expectations, you need to know this, so that you don't invest and end up losing as well. Actually, a project can go down in price, but if the project is a good one, then it will come back up again and in this case, the team also have a role to play. So in essence, know more about the project, and if the team are still working in accordance with the use case, also know about the roadmap and if it is still being followed, also, since it is a trading token, know the number of tokens in circulation, this will help in its own way too. Lastly, just know there are risks, therefore invest with what you can afford to lose.

I very rarely buy tokens that are still poorly ranked and not yet popular in all markets, in this case I will not say that the token you mean is bad, but I still hesitate to buy that token, because currently other popular tokens are in good condition too.

Though we can say that the coin was subject to P&D schemes I think this isn't the case for DATA and besides it has a decent market cap and daily trading volume compare to others. I think it's in accumulation phase especially in the daily TF. It just broke the past resistance in August 2020 so might be some retest first before it broke the past resistance again of 9 cents from April 2020. This is just a basic TA of support and resistance. The weekly candle will be closed tomorrow might be this gonna make new highs again or even break the ATH at 34 cents.

After studying the project, it became clear that Data would face numerous competitors. For example, IOTA offers almost the same services as Streamr DATAcoin. But upon closer examination, the differences are still visible and it is thanks to them that the project will be able to defend its positions on the crypto market.

I would only consider it good for trading but for holding it, I don't think that I'll take that to my boat. But with the liquidity that it has, I'll choose to day trade on it.
Maybe for short term hold, you'll also have no problem with that. But it's always the hardest part whenever we see such coins like this that are not yet on the top.

it is not good to support your investment with a bet that exchange would not list token that is not good project, exchange would list anything that make them have profit, and Binance is no different
always do your own analysis before investment and do not invest more than you can afford to lose, even greatest project with great vision could fail due to various reasons, one being bad management and these companies/projects are still young, managed mostly by developers, which is leading to significant failure rate
